Great house for Group
This house is great for a group of 6-9 people. Very comfortable beds, well stocked. nice patio and pool. I would stay here again should I return to Surprise.

Large place for a family get together
We rented this house for a spring training trip with three families. It has everything you would need. It was clean. And the kids loved the pool. Would stay here again.

House was nicely appointed for a group of six guys. Six bedroom. The sixth bedroom had a smaller bed. Wish that was a queen. Lower heating element in oven didn’t work. Overall very nice. Paid extra for the pool heat and it was at the perfect temp when we arrived.

House was really great . Had plenty of room for 8 grown men to stay . Had all the amenities needed to cook including a great grill outside . I recommend getting the pool heated , it was fantastic . I simply have no complaints about this house !!

Better than Expected
Our tennis team stayed at this lovely property while playing at Nationals at the Surprise Tennis Center. Everything about this comfortable home was better than we could have hoped for. The kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with all amenities and special touches that you would find in any high-end resort. The furnishings were so comfortable, and the game room provided for some fun noon-tennis competitions. The backyard fire pit was also a wonderful place to enjoy drinks and conversation. Communication with the local property manager was easy and prompt for answers to all questions. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We chose this house because of the central location.We had travel to and from Wittmann, Scottsdale & Phoenix.The pool was a highlight.The kitchen had everything needed to cook all the families favorite recipes.

Tennis trip
Ten ladies from Florida stayed for the 65 and over tennis nationals. The house was great we have rented it 2 other times. It’s perfect for our large group and the big sectional worked out. We did have to buy wine glasses because there were none in house, but we left them for everyone . We loved staying at the house and if we make it to nationals we would definitely want to stay again. I would highly recommend this property it’s close to the tennis center and stores and we spent a day at Cave Creek which was enjoyable.

Excellent Family Accomodation
This was a beautiful house, well-equipped and in a great location for our needs. The host was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The house had everything we needed and more, the pool was well-heated (extra cost to heat in the winter), and there was lots of space for all of us. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the area! Thank you!

Great house and location!
This was our 2nd time staying at this lovely home for a baseball tournament. Location is fantastic-close to many restaurant options, Fry's grocery & Sam's Club. The house is spacious, plenty of room for everyone to move about without feeling like you're on top of each other. Lots of basic amenities provided which was appreciated. Kitchen is nicely equipped and everything is well marked. The boys enjoyed the foosball table and playing poker in the game room. There is no lack of TV's in this house so no arguments on what to watch! The 2 laundry rooms were a big plus too! The pool and backyard were a great way to cool off in the later afternoon/evening. Several umbrellas provide plenty of shade on the patio area and in the pool. BBQ worked great too. Several helpful items in the garage-chairs, bikes, ice chest. Owner was very responsive to questions/concerns.

Super senior champs!!
This house couldn’t have been better suited for our visit to surprise. Jeff, the owner was very helpful with quick responses to questions we had. The house was more than spacious for the nine of us and conveniently located to the tennis facility that hosted the national tennis tournaments we participated in. The house brought us good luck and we made it to the finals. Well stocked, very clean. And even a few bikes for us to take a ride. We will be back for next year’s nationals. A Gem of a VRBO
We were 9 ladies sharing a very comfortable and fully equipped house. 3 of us were able to have an individual bedroom! We shared a bathroom. There were 2 more bedrooms upstairs with twin beds that accommodated 4 other ladies with another large bathroom with 2 sinks. There was a master bedroom suite downstairs where 2 ladies shared a king bed and a large bathroom. The living room had a large sectional couch with 2 recliners and a big screen TV. There was also an electric fireplace. The kitchen is off of the living room with a large island with bar stools. All of us were able to be together as the area is close enough with plenty of seating. The round kitchen table was not only good for having our meals but playing cards, games etc. A game room with a card table, foosball machine and a fridge with drinks were also available. Additionally, there is a backyard firepit area and a pool. Would I return and rent this again? Yes! As a matter of fact, this was my second time here!

Perfect stay!
We absolutely loved the house! We were in town with 4 couples attending a local tennis tournament. The house was incredibly well stocked with everything we could have asked for. Super clean. We paid to heat the pool and it was PERFECTLY warm! Seriously, no complaints, all positive. Thanks again!

We were gathering for a family Memorial Service in Surprise and the house was perfect for our group. Large home with comfortable beds, plenty of linens and great spaces through out the home to spread out and to congregate. The backyard and pool area was a wonderful place to relax together. Perfect location and house!
Big enough for everyone!! There is a huge bedroom downstairs that my grandpa used which has its own laundry facilities and upstairs has 5 more bedrooms plus another laundry room. The neighbor has lots of walking trails and to be close to amenities was huge. The pool was always clean and we decided to go with the pool heat fee which was perfect for middle of October. Well worth the expense! The outside natural gas firepit and BBQ were nice. The owners have thought of so many details throughout the house, we were all very impressed and highly recommend 👌. I hope to stay here again!!
