Fully renovated in 2025, our Windshore A leaves no wishes open when it comes to your vacation on Anna Maria Island. Only ~200 steps away from your front door you will find one of the most beautiful and pristine beaches in all of Florida. Many home amenities and a private heated pool will ensure that you, your family and friends will experience an unforgettable getaway from the ordinary.

Spend countless hours in your very own heated pool, sit outside on the patio and let time pass you by while sitting by the pool, or cook a grand dinner on the BBQ grille.

Showcase your cooking skills in a kitchen and easily pass foods and snacks to kids, friends and family outside by the pool via the pass through window.

The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Windshore A provide lots of room for all guests. The master bedroom with king size bed includes an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The second and third bedroom have a queen bed each and share a hall bathroom with walk-in shower. All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV. High speed wifi internet, air condition, full size washer and dryer etc. are all available at the home.

A beach cart with beach chairs and umbrella, as well as beach/ pool towels are available, so that you can enjoy your time in the sand and under the sun to its fullest.

Perfect family stay
This house was just as it was described - it was absolutely perfect for our family stay. One block from the beach, on a beautiful, relaxing street. The pool was perfect for afternoons after the beach. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Windshore A 1 Block from the Beach
Great location, nice property close to the beach. Pool was wonderful though I wish the fountain was functioning. Great location on the island for beaches and proximity to restaurants.

Family Getaway
Great location just a few minute walk to the beach! Wonderful house, very clean, kitchen fully stocked. We had a blast enjoying the pool and back yard. The pool area has sun and shade and we used it as a great break from the hot, steamy beach during the day and a great place to grill and hang out in the evening!

This property has a great location on AMI. The manager was attentive. The listing wasn't exactly right, but didn't bother our stay. Beautiful place, nice bedrooms, and beach accessories a plus. Would stay here again!

Perfect beach getaway
We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay over the week of Thanksgiving. The house is in a great location, just steps from the beach, and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and stuff for the beach like chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc and the grill had a backup propane tank just in case. The house was very clean when we arrived and well maintained overall. The private pool and patio was perfect for our family of four. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Accessible, single level paradise
Brought our walker challenges 82 year old sister and had a wonderful time. It exceeded our expectations, really. Additional family who popped in were impressed. The heated pool was lovely. The beach, even better. Only a short, level walk to beautiful sand and green water. Sand chairs, abundant beach towels and umbrellas were invaluable. When we reported one of 4 broken, the manager replaced them the next morning. The beds were very comfortable. All the rooms were great and well appointed and equipped. We needed nothing.

Location, furnishings/decor and family friendly. Master bedroom bed height was very inconvenient and clothes chess was too large and did mot provide a good walk way. Was very disappointed we were not told about next door unit was under construction. Being awakened in the morning before 7:30 with hammering, pecking, drilling, and grinding was extremely annoying

The pool was dirty when we arrived but the very next morning someone came out and cleaned it. He took the cleaner out so by Thursday evening it was dirty again and we were there until Sunday. Somewhat disappointing but overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Really loved our time here. They had plenty of supplies for our 2 year old to have fun at the beach, and the pool was perfect to relax in at home. Owner was very communicative after a recent storm in the area and ensured that the home was ready for us.

Fantastic location, misses AMI charm
Kitchen was well stocked. Mattresses very comfy. Location fantastic. Pool great for very little ones (under 5) or all adults but would be tough for school aged kids because it's small with most of the space used as shelves/ seating. Questionable cleaning. Highchair was still messy and had leftover food in it when we pulled it out. There was laundry in the washer and dryer when we arrived. (They were responsive to messages when notified.) Internet was unreliable the first day we were there but was stable (but very slow) the rest of the time. It was a fine stay, but if you're an AMI loyalist, this one doesn't have the charm factor.

Easy in and out. Nice parking space, adequate sleeping for 6, well equipped kitchen,. Had no communication with property management but everything is at your fingertips on pad if needed.

The location is great a 2 minute walk to beach. House is very nice and clean great kitchen, and pool. Lots of beach stuff wagon, towels, floats, chairs, and toys, The first 2 days the weather was good but then along came Ida we had 100 or so surfers from all over on Monday up and down the beach. I would stay there again...

Perfect rental!
I was worried with the rental being a duplex (noise, privacy, etc)…. Do not worry! I forgot we even shared a wall with someone! The house was super clean and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more- even a waffle maker for a special breakfast one morning. The pool was AMAZING, it was paradise. I loved the keyless entry, the iPad for check-in and information, and the amount of beach towels, pool chairs, floats, beach accessories (even umberella, wagon, and a cooler was available). The parking was perfect for two cars plus our golf cart rental. The location the the beach was awesome- we have short legs and it still only took us about one minute to walk to the beach, even with a 4 and 5 year old. We went with grandparents, so having one-level was important to us. The doors were all wood doors, so the privacy and ability for grandparents to sleep in with the kids awake was a huge plus! The internet was perfect, TVs with cable in every room was nice, too. We loved our stay and hope to rent this property from island dreams again every year. I cannot say enough great things about this rental. We have rented from about a dozen companies/individuals in 5 states and many beaches… this was by far the best experience , house and location!

Great Place!
Perfect size for 2 adults and 3 kids. Kitchen has everything you need and then some. Smart TV was a PLUS! Bedroom TV's could be upgraded to smart TV's to make the experience better but it was manageable. The automatic pool cleaner was a nuisance but we managed it. Had plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas and is only a block and a half from the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Had a fantastic time! the house was exceptionally well stocked! Everything we needed!
So Well stocked in kitchen, patio, furniture, beach and pool items! Clean, EXCELLENT mattresses and lots of towels! Two complimentary water bottles in frig when we arrived...we were so happy and so thirsty! Cozy, friendly atmosphere. Foliage could have been better trimmed for sunlight. My only disappointment was the lanai cluttered with several fallen palm branches and some dead plants.

Anna Maria Island/Holmes Beach with friends/family
Great First visit to Anna Maria Island. House was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach towels. It was nice having a wagon to haul items to the beach that were made available for guest to use such as chairs and umbrellas. Nice, private Lanai and heated pool.. Location was perfect with a short 3 minute walk to the beach. I did not have transportation during the day as husbands were golfing so I rented a bike and explored the island. I would definitely rent this house again, and refer friends. Sorry for the late review of your property.
