Second time stay
We’ve now rented this home twice (and been to Destin twice). You just can’t beat the convenience of a block walk to the beach plus living in the safe environment of a gated community. Our older kids just travel independently to the pool, gym, and pickle ball court (which was definitely harder to get this time - maybe because the once tennis court can also be used for pickle ball now). The house was clean and the space open and comfortable. Fantastic Destin retreat!

Family thanksgiving
It was wonderful. Exactly like the photos. Great location to the beach - wonderful neighborhood- house was spacious and well appointed. Kitchen stocked with all we needed. Loved it!

Wonderful family beach vacation!
We had 2 families plus grandparents and this house was perfect for us! Great location to the beach and Crab Trap restaurant, walking/running path and very nice pool. We made meals at the house almost everyday, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and the extra refrigerator was nice to have as well.

Great family getaway
The house layout was perfect for my multiple family trip. The gated community was relaxing and quiet and right across the road from the beach access. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a stay in the Destin area.

Perfect family vacation spot

If you’re traveling to Destin with family, this is the place to land. The home was clean, comfortable, safe and close to everything. We had kids of all ages, so it was ideal that some could be in the pool, others playing tennis, and others just a short walk away at the beach. I loved that we could walk to the beach and then return to the home for meals and breaks - no need to lug the cooler along. So fun! Make sure to bring everything you’ll need if you don’t intend to grocery shop. You’ll get enough paper products to get you started, but you’ll need more if staying for a week. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

The house and location was perfect for our summer vacation to Destin. Because of the ideal location, all we needed were bicycles for getting around. The beach is right across the street. The neighborhood was quiet at night. The community pool and fitness center was a nice bonus as well. The owner promptly answered any questions we had. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful beach house located a short walking distance from Destin beach. The house was amazing with everything you could need. The pool was fantastic and super close. The public parking at the beach entrance was awesome. I just got up early every day and drove all of our stuff to the beach, although sone days we just walked as it wasn’t far at all. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We did have to wait about a half hour past our check in time, as the house cleaners did not finish until about 4:30 but it was a minor inconvenience. I would recommend this property and would love to rent it again in the future.

Lovely stay!
Property was better than expected, we had a lovely stay. As another reviewer noted, the property is larger than expected which was nice. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and it was perfect for us. Great neighborhood, 5 minute walk to the beach.

We loved the gated community and how close we were to the beach!! The neighborhood was awesome! We walked to the beach everyday. Having the restaurant (The Crab Trap) right there on the beach was great too! Very convenient to grab drinks or food while hanging out at the beach. We enjoyed being close to the pool, hot tub and tennis court too. The kids loved swimming in the pool and playing basketball & tennis. We would definitely rent this beautiful home again! Very spacious and is bigger than it looks in the pictures.

Beautiful beach, very nice home and neighborhood with beach access and public parking. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach.

This house has everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach. The gated secure QUIET neighborhood we all loved. The kitchen is well stocked (you don’t need to bring anything from home) there is a container in the back yard filled with kid toys. Again you don’t need to buy anything to make a sandcastle. Beach chairs are available in the house as well. Did I mention the grill? and the beautiful landscaped backyard. The grill came in very handy and the backyard is an oasis. David was always very prompt on getting back to me and was always very friendly. We will be back in 2022 and I’m hoping to book this house again.

The home is located in a beautiful gated community. It is only a few minute walk (5) to the beautiful beach and only about one minute to the community pool. The home is spacious and laid out really well. It is well stocked and clean. We had 2 families with kids that totaled 10 people and we had plenty of room. The floor plan allows for plenty of privacy. The community is very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Overall, very nice home and location.

This property was fantastic! Fully furnished, all newer appliances, home was beautifully decorated, very short walk to pool and beach! We would absolutely come back! Owner was great to work with and very accommodating to a few requests I had and great at communicating quickly.

This is the second time we've stayed at It's Someday so obviously we really like it there. The house is very nice and the gated community is awesome! Also, the walk to the beach is very short and easy.

We were planning a trip to the beach with our children and grandchildren. I did quite a search looking for the perfect spot and found It's Someday. The pictures looked really good and we booked it. I hoped for the best and the place didn't disappoint in any way. It was clean and exactly as pictured. I have to admit I am fussy about a clean house and this home was clean. It was a short walk to the beach. The beach in this area is beautiful and you don't have to worry about high rise buildings. It is very close to the Crab Trap where some of the adults liked going for a drink or snack in the afternoon. It is a short drive to the main road that has the grocery stores. Different members of the group enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts. It has something for everyone. There is a nice wide flat walkway that is also for people riding bikes and running. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Having a washer and dryer was very handy also. Any questions I had were answered very quickly by the owner through the whole process. I highly recommend this home.
