This 1920’s Surf Shack puts out all the California vibes your looking for! Only one block up from the Hermosa Pier, steps from the sand, restaurants, bars, yoga studios, shopping, and more. Our one-bedroom, one-bath beach bungalow has recently been remodeled, we revived the beautiful old oak hardwood floors installed when the house was built in the 1920s. Sanded, Stained and re-varnished have given new life to this house with an old soul. The kitchen has been updated with new stainless appliances, countertops, and faucets as well as an updated vanity in the bathroom.
Hermosa Beach has a ton to offer with everything within walking distance. A very clean area, safe, secure, and very few homeless unlike other beach cities of LA. There are plenty of restaurants and bars options just a few steps away from the house on the Hermosa pier as well as fresh seafood options just down in the Redondo Beach harbor area which is also within walking distance.
The rental comes equipped w two beach cruisers, beach chairs, bocce ball set, dart board, beach umbrella and stainless bbq!
