Beautiful Condo with the feel and amenities of a resort.
2 bedroom, 2 full bath, granite counter tops, equipped kitchen, stainless appliances, washer, dryer, central air and heat. WiFi included. Sheets are provided as part of the cleaning fee. Towels are not included.

Master Bedroom: KING, 32 in TV w/ DVD, view of the Bay and door to the balcony with a view of the Ocean.

2nd Bedroom: Full on Full bunk w/ Twin trundle , 24in TV, DVD, assorted puzzles, cards, games.

Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa, kitchen table and 40in TV/BlueRay/DVD/Streaming

Summer Sat-Sat, 7 Night minimum.

The space:

Conveniently located on the Bay, the Makai Ocean City condos are located at 4201 Coastal Highway, walking distance to Seacrets, Macky’s and the Convention Center, and one block from the white sandy beach. Amenities include: Indoor pool, Fitness center, Sauna, Billiards room, Activity room, TV lounge with WiFi. Parking spaces for 2 vehicles.

Condo Amenities include: 3 flat panel TVs, 2 with DVD and 1 with Blu-ray/DVD/streaming with your own account. WiFi, washer/ dryer and power strips with USB ports for your charging cables. Environmentally Green LED bulbs in all light fixtures.

We are available via text, phone and emails. I will inform you if I am traveling and may be delayed in responses.

Great Stay

Great Property. Great Location

We were coming in to town for the Oceans Calling festival that never happened due to Hurricane Ian. We decided to go anyway. The condo unit was plenty big enough and super clean for 4 of us. One bedroom was bunk beds but they are double bed size so was quite ok for us. (Of course I slept in the master so no hitting my head on the ceiling or top bunk). Secure entry in to the building. Indoor pool. Onsite gym facility, though not a lot of equipment there. Kitchen of the unit is sparsely stocked but we didn't plan to do any cooking anyway so wasn't an issue for us. Location was great. Easy walking to local bars and restaurants. Ample parking. Property owner was great with communicating and giving us some recommendations on local things to do. Will definitely look to rent again.

Wonderful Condo

Our family stayed here for Nationals Dance Competition. The property was exactly as described and the location to the convention center was awesome. The owners are wonderful and easy to communicate with. The on-site laundry is a must for our family of five; very glad to have it. Highly recommend this property!

We loved this place!

It’s super clean and in a great spot around many restaurants, and walking distance! It was very convenient for our friend who is in a wheel chair! Great big bathroom and shower that he was able to get around in without any hassle! It was wonderful

Great condo and excellent location

The owners of the condo were very responsive and easy to work with. The location was fantastic. Beach is a 5 minute walk, the view from the balcony overlooks the bay as well as the ocean and is centrally located with a quick 10 minute ride to the boardwalk. Would stay there again

Perfect!

Just what we needed for our cheer competition weekend. We were walking distance to the convention center (just through the parking lot) which was awesome! Everything was clean when we arrived. Just the right amount of space. Thanks for making our weekend a little less stressful with the great place to stay!

Very Nice!

We had a good time. The property was very nice. Communicating with Nick (the owner) was nice and easy. Fast response, helpful, detailed, etc. There was plenty of bedding, kitchen appliances and utensils, cleaning supplies, etc.

Outstanding Family Condo

My family had an amazing time in OCM staying at Nick and Tara's condo. Location was perfect, a short block to the beach, close to tons of great restaurants/activities and you avoid the massive crowds you get if you stay closer towards the boardwalk, yet it easy to get there when you want to be. The kids loved the bunk bed and the abundance of games to occupy their time when we were inside the condo. We appreciated having two full bathrooms which made life move along so much easier that a hotel could never offer. The kitchen has just enough of what we needed to prepare meals for when we opted to eat in and Nick and Tara did a great job stocking necessities should we have needed them. Toss in the ability to step out onto the balcony and enjoy a quiet morning overlooking the bay before the kids woke up and then a drink in the evening after they went to sleep. Best way to enjoy a family vacation at the beach!

Wonderful stay at Nick & Tara’s Condo

The condo was perfect and Nick and Tara were wonderful! Checked in on Sunday 7/21 when it was blazing hot and they accommodated our needs to put our cooler with our food for the week in the condo before check in time. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend staying at their condo!

Exactly Condo

We were in town for a Firefighters Convention. Our host communicated with us and answered any questions we had all the way up to our check in time. They even allowed us to check in early. It’s a great condo with a wonderful view and within walking distance to the convention center. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our stay. It was clean and very up to date with all the amenities needed for a getaway. Bedding was comfortable and plenty of it in the condo. Clean, comfy, pleasant space with a nice bay view.

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed 5th floor condo near the Convention Center with a great view of the bay for a post-Xmas 2-family retreat. Kitchen was well-equipped, with plenty of pots, pans, glasses, and small appliances (incl. Keurig). Plenty of family games in the unit, too. Never tried the TVs, as we were having fun playing games. Beds and furniture were comfy. The building has a gym with nice equipment (though the treadmill requires a PIN code) and a sauna that the four adults in the party found immensely relaxing. The building's public spaces are tidy and well-maintained, with a billiards club room, big gathering space, and an indoor pool that the kids loved (though it's a bit on the cool side in December). We had a little trouble with the lock at first, but the owners communicated well and helped us to sort out the issue to everyone's satisfaction. The Makai is a short drive from everywhere, and even off season, there are a few decent restaurants within reasonable walking distance (we loved the Satellite Cafe for breakfasts and were happy to be close to a Dumsers for family ice cream breaks). The walk to the beach is about 5-10 minutes, depending on your pace, and the drive to the inlet for Boardwalk madness is brief, as well. Our first VRBO rental experience and we would happily do it again!

Perfect Rental

I would highly recommend this rental as it is not only beautiful, but it is also well maintained and stocked. It is perfectly located and accessible to many of OCMD's hot spots. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely consider renting this unit again.

Labor Day weekend stay

Nick and Tara have a great condo and it was the perfect size for us girls! The environment was great and the condo was well maintained. We found ourselves spending a lot of time out on the balcony really taking in the view of the bay/water. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely rent from them again! We arrived in town just before check-in and the condo was already cleaned and ready for us to settle in. The amenities were perfect and it was very easy to communicate with the owners when needed. Thank you so much for letting us use your space.

Native Marylanders, Nick and Tara reside in Annapolis, MD with their 3 children. Nick grew up in the Annapolis area and Tara grew up nearby Ocean City in Salisbury, MD.

Having visited Ocean City all our lives it was always our dream to have a place of our own for our family to stay and enjoy summers and off season times in OC. We found the most ideal combination of amenities, location and charm in this condo and are excited to share it with you.
