This home now rented year around.

Wonderful Luxury Home in Isle of Palms

Everything about our family’s spring break stay was fantastic. This is truly a luxury home and is in great shape. We were disappointed that the elevator was out of service during our stay, but the owners communicated and made it right. Any other issues we had, they were quick to respond and take care of us.The house has everything you could possibly need: beach, chairs, recreational equipment, plenty of seating on the pool deck, and extremely well-appointed kitchen. Dual dishwashers, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, etc. Ample seating everywhere. Plenty of spacious bedrooms, most with views. Great views of the currently-being-renourished beach. This really is a perfect place for a family beach trip and we will absolutely return. P.S. Make sure you go to Acme Lowcountry Kitchen (for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.)

Family Holiday Get-together

This home is spectacular! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and serve large groups of people. The home is beautifully decorated with lots of cozy spaces and stunning ocean views from almost every room. Easy commute to downtown Charleston and only steps from the beach. The owner and management team were very responsive and excellent to work with. Our family ages ranged from 5 to 80 and everyone had a fabulous time.

Best vacation ever!

We absolutely love everything about this rental and the incredible way that Curtis Kay manages it. The home is the best one we have ever been in and is maintained to perfection! Isle of Paradise!

We had an amazing 10 day stay at this beachfront estate. There is something for everyone. The house itself is gorgeous. Large, spacious, and clean. The bedrooms are well appointed and the rooms with ocean views are particularly fantastic. Most bedrooms have their own bathrooms which makes for a very comfortable stay. The house is even more gorgeous than in the pictures! You will have an amazing time here. The location could not be better. The house is nestled in the gorgeous oasis that is the Isle of Palms; beachfront and on a quiet walkable street. Shopping and dining is a quick drive away and only 30 min to get to downtown Charleston and see the sights. It was always a comfort to come back to this gorgeous place. There is plenty of fun for kids and adults alike, from water activities in the beach and pool to the gorgeous outdoor deck and the infinity pool/hot tub. The house is well equipped with anything you might need. The kitchen is large and has anything you might need. There are plenty of laundry facilities, baby equipment, pool equipment, and beach supplies. The homeowner is accommodating and responsive and did his best to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

Perfect setting for my wife's 40th!

Gorgeous home and amzing layout for a group. We brought family in for my wife's birthday and everyone loved it! The home is set up wonderfully and well thought out. All guests had private areas to relax and the shared areas were inviting. Morning views are amazing!!! A+++ all around

Perfect for our Family Christmas Vacation

This beautiful, oceanfront home checked all the boxes for us! It comfortably accommodated 11 adults for our family Christmas vacation. We stayed at the home within days of a strong storm that damaged the stairs to the beach, but the owners jumped on the repairs immediately such that we were not inconvenienced. The kitchen is WELL equipped...if you think you'll need, it is probably there...in multiples! We plan to book this home again next year for our next gathering. It was perfect for us.

Had a wonderful week in a beautiful house on the beach of Isle of Palm. Sons, spouses, grandchildren had their own rooms with in-suite baths, views of the ocean and most comfortable furnishing. Great fully outfitted kitchen and everything needed to prepare meals and beverages. Pool/spa and deck overlooking the beach. Very conveniently located at the quiet end of the beach close to Sullivan's Island. Highly recommended.

Fantastic House

The house is amazing; particularly the kitchens. Two ovens, two dishwashers, industrial icemaker, two refrigerators; just amazing. There's plenty of room for everyone, many beach accessories to use, simply a very comfortable home to stay for a week. Highly recommend this property.

I have done a number of homes for family trips and this was by far the best yet. House was everything and more that was offered The beach was beautiful and having the pool elevated was a awesome treat. The location to Charleston was very good as well Only 25 minutes to downtown Great week

Absolutely beautiful!

My entire family of 24 rented this house last week. We ranged in ages from 6 to 80. The house was not only beautiful, but so comfortable. They had everything we needed to enjoy the house, pool and beach. Would definitely love to go back again.

Location and Luxury

We rented this home for a group of 11, family and friends, who were going to Charleston to sailboat race. The house was amazing and better than the listing depicts. The kitchen has everything you could want to cook complex meals. In fact, there are two kitchens, two ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers! Beds are extremely comfortable. The home is well appointed and set up to entertain 10-12 people. The house was very clean with plenty of linens, towels, beach towels. Great access to the beach with incredible views from most every room We will be back!
