The second and third bedrooms both have Pillow Top Queen size beds and 32' Flat Screen LED TVs with a second full bath off the hallway. The fourth upstairs bedroom is perfect for the children, with matching twin beds and also a 32' Flat Screen LED TV. Additional sleeping capacity is provided in the downstairs bonus room which has a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa as well as 32' Flat Screen LED TV.

The kitchen offers all the amenities of a high end home with beautiful Granite Counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice maker, full-size dishwasher, microwave, stove, Keurig Coffee Maker and a bar area for casual dining that seats three, as well as a full dining area that seats eight. This house is just a five minute walk to the ocean, and there is private beachfront parking available for community renters and residents only. The village is only a few minutes' drive North to Myrtle Beach and area attractions, or South to Murrell's Inlet and Pawley's Island for great seafood dining, nightlife, and specialty shops!
