A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
Pool heat available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

DO NOT STAY HERE
FILTHY ...DIRTY... DEAD ANIMALS.. DEAD BUGS AND WEBS ... STAY AWAY OF THIS PROPERTY.. ITS A SCAM.. We couldn't even get inside the house.. the entrance door had web and dead warms all over that if you open the door it will fall on the top of your head. This has never been cleaned for over a year or so. I tried calling management company they did not offer any solution instead they said this is Florida and all houses have dead animals and bugs. I looked at the houses all around and non of them had what this property had. They send a maintenance guy who inspected the house and said this is a big NO for anyone to go in there. I have everything in recording and pictures. I asked them to give me any other clean house they have but they didn't. They kept saying manager will call you every time I contacted them. I ended up getting a room at the Melia Orlando Celebration then rented another house through VRBO but with a different host. That house was clean no dead animals, no dead bugs, no dead lizards inside the house like this awful property. Shame on you for scamming people into this kind of horrible stay.

Nice Home
Overall nice home. Needs a deep cleaning. Excessive dust present on fixtures, beds etc. Some of the toilet seats need to be replaced in several of the bathrooms and a thorough cleaning done due to a strong urine smell in several bathrooms. Some shrubbery overgrown with slight obstruction to walkway coming out of the house. Appliance surfaces were not clean. Nice lot, quiet with great views.

Great house and pool!!
Great house! Excellent location and huge pool. Only thing lacking is internet speed. It’s almost non existent. There is no cable so every tv is a smart tv. With speeds under 10mbps it’s tough to watch anything. Other then that no issues. Love it!

Great Location. Property needs better upkeep.
Great Location. House well stocked. Met our needs. Nice wildlife. Even saw an eagle. Property managers were mostly responsive. However, lots of pre-existing damages. Property half cleaned and game room was useless. Must buy or bring own game and pool rack.

Economical Orlando Rental
Enjoyed our stay here. Property is as depicted in listing. Expect the home to correlate with the price and you'll be satisfied. There are nicer homes on the market, but they cost twice as much. We especially enjoyed the large swimming pool.

Oh dear.
Would I stay here again ? No NOT EVER. We arrived at 3.50pm (Check in was at 4pm) the cleaners were still there along with someone from Reunion who told us very abruptly that we could not get in yet as it wasn't 4pm. No nice 'welcome to your holiday' or 'sorry just finishing up won't be long have a look around outside'. We waited for them to leave after one of the cleaners told us nicely they were finished. The children couldn't wait to get into the pool. Well I wouldn't even have let a stray dog go in there. It was disgusting. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. It was full of the previous people's inflatables. The pool was green and looked like you would need a tetanus shot after using it. There were various things at the bottom of the pool that looked like someone had used it as a toilet. The area around the pool was black and dirty. There were bits of wire around the pool, old sparklers, champagne bottle tops. It clearly had not been cleaned for weeks. By the time we had discovered all of this the Reunion offices were closed so we emailed them and got a reply the next morning saying someone would be out we called them to find out when but they didn't know! I don't have enough characters to go into all the backwards and forwards with communications. They did get someone round and because he thought it was so bad he stayed to clean around the pool. He was the only good thing about Reunion Homes. We were advised we didn't need pool heating - you do. There is also an alarm on the doors out to the pool this went off at 1.45am and 3am and various other times. We reported this but no-one came to look at it. The bins outside were swarming with flies and maggots! Reunion told us they were emptied on Monday (no way we arrived on Wednesday) and that if we put them out they would be cleaned. They WERE NOT. The villa is very spacious. As you walked in the entrance hall there was some carpet taped over broken tiles. The main bedroom at the front of the house you can't use as the blinds do not cover the entire window and there are no curtains. One of the other front bedrooms has no fan or air con so it gets quite warm. The other front bedroom has the pool pump right outside the window which is loud and on from 8am - 10pm. Upstairs bedrooms had dirty linen on them and when getting another out of the cupboard it was soaking wet. We spent most days in contact with Reunion but they DO NOT CARE. No apologies at all

The house was beautiful
The house was great with plenty of room for everyone and in a wonderful location. The management company was very disappointing.. We rented the house a day early so that the pool would be heated upon our arrival. It took two and a half lf days after our arrival to get it rectified. We reported that the blender (my son has celiac disease and drinks a lot of smoothies) was broken and Reunion reported they would drop one off the next day. IT NEVER CAME!! We were disappointed to say the least in the management but again the house was great!
