Seaview Villa Angelina with private pool and top floor studio

The villa consists of two apartments. The ground floor apartment is occasionally used by the owners as a summer retreat. The first floor apartment is rented out up to 5 guests. There is also a top floor studio, 30 sq.m., fully equipped for 2 more guests ( at an extra charge of 50 euros per guest - per night ) . The villa is located in a beautiful neighborhood next to the sea with an amazing sunset that can be admired from the living room balcony, the bedroom patio, the swimming pool and kitchen. A perfect place to relax and enjoy wonderful views.
The living room and kitchen are very spacious and bright with unlimited views of the sea. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with heating all year round.
Ample roadside parking is available in front of the villa.
2km away you can find plenty of restaurants with fresh fish, greek tavernas, Italian cuisine, bars, coffee/ice-cream parlors, 4 summer (open roof) cinemas and super markets.
Upon arrival, guests will meet with the owners in order to introduce the house and the area.
The villa is located next to an organised beach which has a bar, a nice contemporary restaurant and water sports (2 minute walk) and is ideal for families and couples alike.
The hosts are a very friendly Greek couple speaking French and English.
The area is safe and the neighbors are friendly.
There is a bus stop a 3 minute walk from the house that takes you to the center of Athens. A rental car is, however, recommended, which will prove quite helpful in exploring the area.
It will be a pleasure to help and advise guests at all times.

Leaves you wanting to stay longer!!
We were met by the host Dita who gave us a tour of this fantastic villa. From first class air conditioning (we were there in August when it gets hot!) to the beautifully appointed furnishings and decor, everything you need for a home away from home. The views from two terraces are magnificent looking out over the Aegean sea, the whole family enjoyed the spectacular sunsets relaxing with a glass of wine. A major bonus particularly in the hot weather is the large swimming pool. Very convenient to great beaches and a good choice of restaurants. If you want to cook take advantage of the street market in the nearby town and their super fresh produce direct from the farm. Our family enjoyed every minute we were there and would certainly be very happy to return in the future.

Fabulous, private villa to rest by the pool or explore the beaches and sites
We had a fabulous stay, Dita and Alex were very welcoming and treated us to fresh figs from their tree and were always available to help us. The villa had everything we needed, air con, Wi-Fi, a new kitchen and stunning views of the sea and sunsets. The local beach and taverna were perfect for us and with plenty of space for parking we had a great base to explore some of the local ruins, towns and beaches by car. I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Villa Angelina
Spacious, well-equipped luxury villa with beautiful views of the sea and neighbouring islands. Our hosts Dita and her husband Alex were most helpful with advice and keeping the pool and various terraces clean and tidy. In late July the air conditioning in every room was essential. We can recommend this villa to any family with up to 4 children.

Great apartment in a lovely location
Villa Angelina is a lovely, spacious apartment. The pool is fantastic and there are plenty of eating areas outside to either sit in the sun or shade as required. Dita is a lovely host, who provided home grown fruit.

Awesome view, host and accomadations...
It was perfect! Enjoyed two weeks at this amazing property! Our family lives in the area and they previewed this property prior to our visit as we did not have any feedback to base the property on. Do not let the lack of reviews prevent you from investigating this gem... Far exceeded our expectations - Look forward to booking again for our next trip! The beaches are epic and within walking distance - we would recommend a rental car as traveling to town is a decent 1.5 miles hike ( Try the beach pathway to town and see the amazing views) - outdoor cinemas and amazing eats await as you enjoy the evenings. Traveling the coast and checking the sites is easy and epic. The property has all the needs for a traveler (washer, new fridge, ironing board, hair dryer, good internet... even a mini blender for your frappe') Hope this helps in your review and enjoy this gem! Hopefully not when we want to re-book:)
