Great family vacation

Great location, very clean and easy for a family !! Great view from the patio, nice cold A/C and good tv channel selection. We had one maintenance issue and maintenance responded to the txt immediately and arrived within thirty minutes to correct the issue. Great ice maker and all appliances operated perfectly. There are a few TLC needs and I gave the list to maintenance before we left. I think some new armoire’s should be purchased for the bedrooms as they are falling apart. Maybe a few luggage stands so we don’t have to work off the floor. Just some suggestions, but overall a great vacation location.

This unit is ok. Not Luxery

It seems like us owners do not really care about the property. There were quite a few small things that took away from the over all experience. Drawers in the middle bedroom broken and unusable Mattresses on both beds in the back bedrooms were so thin flimsy and sagging that sleeping on the dirty carpeted floor was more comfortable Speaking of dirty carpet, there were stains on it throughout Old worn out scratched up pots and pans. Only 1 pot holder Broken lock on sliding glass door Stove top worn scratched and stained Towels provided had dark brown and yellow stains. I'm glad I brought my own! I would not stay here again. For the money they charge, the owners can and should pay more attention to their property. Especially if they're calling it "Luxury at the Beach"

Housekeeping

Overall, we enjoyed our time there and found the location to be great, and the condo itself spacious and accommodating.However, I wanted to bring to your attention some concerns we had regarding the housekeeping during our stay. We noticed that the carpet, dining room chairs, and sofa had several stains on them, which was disappointing. We believe that a more thorough cleaning would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.Additionally, we encountered some confusion regarding parking arrangements. Despite having parking passes, we were asked to move our cars from the 1st floor to P4, or risk receiving a sticker for towing. We were unclear about the reasoning behind this request, as it seemed contradictory to the provided parking passes.I wanted to share this feedback with you in the hopes that it will contribute to the ongoing improvement of your establishment. We truly enjoyed our time and we believe that addressing these issues would further enhance the experience for future guests.

Christmas Vacation

MAR VISTA GRANDE

Our third year staying at this property - first time on the south side of the building. Being on the 7th floor gave us a clear view of the ocean and sunsets. We came at the end of the season and understand that this unit had been rented non-stop. It is in need of a deep clean. Beds were really comfortable, new couch was nice and washer/dryer worked very well.

Could easily be a 5 star condo with a few changes

Mar Vista was a perfect resort for us. The condo could be a 5 star location with a few upgrades. The mattresses in the back room should be thrown out & replaced with new ones. Better/brighter light bulbs over the sinks in the master bathroom. And a decent iron would help too.

Mar Vista was a beautiful place to stay. The only con I have is that when you get your email one week before your stay it says CHECK IN TIME IS 4PM....NO EARLIER. We arrived at iTrip 30min early so 330pm and was told it could take up until 5pm before we could check in. That's a WHOLE HOUR AFTER WHAT WAS TOLD TO US IN THE EMAIL. READ THE FINE PRINT in your contract because in there it says 5PM. It was a pain because we planned our grocery pick up around that 4pm time and had to shove groceries in our already packed car and drive around for 30 plus min. It was just tideous after an already long trip. Oh....the headboard in the master bedroom is SUPER LOUD....I think it needs screwed on tighter LOL. But we would stay again. The place and facility was soooooo clean and the staff was so accommodating. It was pretty luxury. A+.

Met all expectations

Large, spacious accomodations meeting all expectations of three generations staying there. Management acted quickly when contacted that microwave wasn’t working and lock on bedroom door was broken. Fortunately we were able to get father and son who got locked in the room out without calling the fire department!! Location ideal. Short walk to OD Pavilion and stores. Great view of ocean as well as Ocean Drive

Wonderful Place

Property is as advertised. Check in is not on site. Only received 2 key cards for a 3 bedroom. One card did not work and had to drive back approximately 5 miles to get another. Other than that wonderful property.
