Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
BEACHFRONT Condo with view of entire beach! 2 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bathroom condo with walk-in shower. Master Bedroom has a King bed with view of the Beach. Guest Bedroom has Twin Beds. Washer and Dryer in the unit. NOTE: Condo does not have a dining room table. Dining seating at the eat in kitchen and balcony.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay. PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back. We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID. Pets - not allowed

We have stayed in sea winds multiple times, always have a fantastic time. Didnt realize rhis week was speing vacation for many kids, but it was still great weather all week
The location of the condo is great , it’s in need of an up grade. We were moved during our stay and the entire condo flooring was replaced. I would recommend as the managerment team was outstanding to work with
The condo was everything the description said it was. Other than the weather providing a couple of "cool" days it was a great trip. Would definitely stay here again.
This property is definitely somewhere we would stay in again and would happily recommend without hesitation. The location is excellent and the views from the property were worth the visit alone.
Very happy with the amenities and it was very nice that there were beach chairs/umbrellas, etc available to use.
We had a great week here drinking coffee in the morning and wine at sunset on the balcony. It was nice to have a full kitchen, a second bathroom and bedroom and even better laundry facilities.
We’re long time annual visitors to Marco Island and the Sea Winds. This was our first time at #602 and we loved it. Clean, good beach gear, well decorated and supplied and, of most concern to my dear wife , a great bed! We hope to return!
View from patio was gorgeous. Condo was comfortable and efficient. Had everything we needed. We bought and left a new beach umbrella as the one provided wouldn't work.
Loved our time! Unit was in great shape. View is fantastic, this unit has master bedroom on ocean side where our friends in unit next door did not. There was plenty of beach chairs & umbrellas.

Only issue was noise on beach at night, three nights went to 3 am loud younger adults at this condo and neighbors condo. Police patrol at night like they have during the day would be appreciated.

Very nice condo but not stocked as well as other units we stayed in. All new appliances and very clean. Short on things like dish cloths, no beach cooler, beach equipment not in very good shape, tv remote broke and no batteries and limited beach towels. Rental staff is very nice and their process was easy. Both bathrooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. Overall good place just needs a few things.

Excellent location on Marco Island with a beautiful beach. Building is maintained well ,grounds look great, Reception and building personal are very courteous, great spot🌴😁
The view is absolutely amazing. The staff was great and very friendly. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Beautiful gulf views in an amazingly clean and comfortable condo!!
We loved our stay at Marco Island! The condo was clean, comfortable and the view of the Gulf was breathtakingly beautiful! If we weren’t at the beach or the pool, we were sitting on the comfortable lounge chairs on the patio! There were plenty of pots & pans, utensils and dishes to use. We loved Sea Winds condo #602 and will definitely be staying here again!
