Villas At Island Club is a gated community in Kissimmee, Florida that offers a quiet retreat with a great value for your vacation budget.

The unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a walk-in closet and its own bathroom with a large shower; the room also has access to a private patio for relaxation. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom features a set of twin beds. The guest bathroom features a shower/bathtub combo.

The Unit has a full kitchen, complete with all the dishes, utensils and basic cookware for preparing a family meal. Guests may opt to use the BBQ grills to have a picnic by the playground. There is a full set of home appliances for the visitor’s convenience including microwave, oven range, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are provided.

The living and dining areas are open and airy with plenty of space for family and friends to gather. Internet service, TV with cable programming and DVD players offers entertainment for all guests.

The two story buildings of the community, in their pastel colors and Victorian design, echo the style of Key West. Free parking is available in front of each building.

The fully furnished unit is conveniently located on the first floor of the building, very close to the community common areas like the pool, spa, sand volleyball court, tennis courts, arcade room, etc.

Villas at Island Club is located approximately 10 minutes from Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, and all those magical places. It is also close to other major theme parks in Orlando area like Universal Studios and SeaWorld. The community also has easy access to several popular restaurants, grocery stores and major retailers for all your dining and shopping needs.

Great stay

Perfect place to stay if you dont want to pay to stay at the Disney resorts. 15 minutes from Disney and only 30 from universal. Property was clean and neat with all the basic amenities. Very easy to find and in a nice area. Owner was easy to contact, very friendly and communicative. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and clean, but needs some refreshing.

First, the property was clean and comfortable but, it definitely needs some refreshing. The biggest problem I had though was that when we arrived it was dark and I had no idea which unit to go to, A or B.

Easy Process

We recently went to Disney World and rented this condo. We didn’t spend much time at the condo, but it did have everything we needed for our vacation. The host provided us with all the codes needed to access the property before arriving, making check in a breeze. The living room rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. With a crawling baby, I was initially concerned about the rug, but it turned out to not be an issue at all. When we left, we returned the keys to the lock box. It was everything we needed for our recent vacation.

Great location and value!

Overall, great experience and property. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we are ever back in Orlando. Pros: -Condo was exactly as listed and very spacious (loved the reclining sofas) -property owner was great to work with, communicated well and was responsive -conveniently located with many dining, grocery and shopping options close by -approx. 15-20 minutes from Disney parks -Loved that the pool was just across the parking lot -large closets for storage of luggage’s, gifts, etc. -great having a washer and dryer for use Cons: -TV in room with twin beds would not work due to weak cable signal -floors were filthy and left our bare feet black everyday. There was no broom in the unit so I did ask for one and was provided one but they need to be cleaned/mopped bad. -while twins and King bed were very comfortable, the full size bed was hard as a rock and even my 9 year old slept terribly on it -no extra trash bags or toilet paper (we were only supplied with a half roll per bathroom for an eight night stay and 5 people) so we had to go buy more for our stay -while plenty of towels were provided for our use, there was only 1 wash cloth provided so bring your own -A/C unit inside the condo is very loud so light sleepers were awaken by it kicking on and off all night if staying in the full size bed room

Great Stay

Property was as described. Nice area, easy entry. Condo was clean and fresh. Hosts were on the ball with any questions. Only thing I would suggest is a bar in the shower, floor is slippery when showering. Maybe a new coffee maker. The one provided works fine, just really stained from age. We would absolutely recommend to others. Enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be able rent it again!

Nice condo but needs new beds

The beds are very uncomfortable. The shower in the main bathroom did not work. We loved the hot tub and pool which is directly across the street along with playground equipment. The condo was very clean but the master bed felt like it had sand in it. We will stay here again if the beds are upgraded and dining room table was different. The dining room table is glass with sharp corners. We put chairs at corners so the kids wouldn't hurt themselves.
