BC 19D East-Come experience Penthouse living on the 19th floor at its best with the most amazing views of Navarre Beach. Our largest, 2,000 square foot unit offers you three-bedrooms and three-baths in the Top Floor Penthouse. Located in the East building of Beach Colony Resort, the unit is beautifully furnished with views everywhere! The Penthouse has a king size bed in the master bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, two queen size beds in the second bedroom, one queen size bed in the third bedroom and is equipped with a queen aero bed. Each of these bedrooms have an amazing view of the sound and surrounding countryside.
The condo also has a pack-n-play for toddlers. Do you work remotely, homeschool or do your kids participate in virtual learning? If so, we have two 4-foot folding tables to use as desks along with 5G Wi-Fi. This unit has wall to wall sliding glass doors and an adjacent picture window that wrap the living room filling it with light and a panoramic view of the breath-taking Gulf. You can enjoy a meal with your family and friends on the large balcony while listening to the waves crash on the beach and taking in a lovely sunset. Each floor is private with only 4 units on each floor. Amenities include a covered parking deck, 2 tennis courts, the largest swimming pool on Navarre Beach and a complete work out facility.

Beautiful views
Great views of the gulf and the bay and lots of big windows to see it all. Good location and easy walk to a couple of restaurants and bars. Great place for a family getaway.

Great location.
Overall a really nice place. All furniture was quite comfortable and a above average kitchen set up was very useful. Great views from the balcony, but most of the windows had broken seals, so the views were obstructed from the inside. I’ve been told they are addressing it. Also be aware, while the pool is the largest in the area - it is not heated. Im sure it would be fine come summer, but in Spring, it was too cold to be used.

Oh my goodness.....the view!
Very nice condo. Very clean and well maintained. We had a group of 8 and there was enough space for everyone without ever feeling crowded. The biggest selling point though is, without a doubt, the views of both the Gulf and the Sound side! Absolutely stunning!

Overall really great. Needed a knif sharpener and one more large pasta pot but otherwise lacking nothing. So many extra blankets avilable and even beach toys! We did get some extra hangers and left in the closet. Beds comfy and plenty of room for the family spread out. The beach was wonderful for kids. Pool chilly this time of year. Would stay again.

Almost perfect.
Everything about our stay was amazing. The only comment we had was about the furniture. It just doesn't fit the fantastic beach scenery. It was comfortable and that is why we still gave the condo 5 stars just an odd choice. Gorgeous views from every window. Even 19 floors up you can hear the gulf and the wildlife. A short walk to the pier where you always see something new. Just a great vacation spot.

I was exceptionally pleased with our stay. The unit was very clean and beds were comfy. I especially was pleased that the kitchen was well stocked with necessary tools for cooking. Everyone in our group said we will definitely come back in the future.
