Summerwind 4th Floor. Enjoy beautiful Gulf views

This 4th floor unit has recently updated décor, sleep accommodations for eight guests and a deck which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico's breathtaking sugar white beaches! The master suite has a king bed and adjoining bath. There is a king bed in the second bedroom, twin beds in the bunk room and the living room sofa folds out to a queen sleeper. A second bath is shared. The Beachcomber is tiled, with carpet in the bedrooms. All linens and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, and all tool you could need, and coordinated dinner service. You have free access to WIFI, pool, spa, exercise room and beach for you to relax and leave your cares behind.

Wasnt completely clean

Place was in the perfect location but had a few problems that they were quick on fixing. Couldn't find towels at first and they were all in the dryer and also found a ton of sand in the bed the first night. Paid a cleaning fee for it not be completely clean

Wonderful location and condo

Could not have asked for a better location! The condo was clean and accurately reflected listing. The master bedroom as well as the twin bed bunk room need new mattresses (rather uncomfortable). We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Beautiful Condo

The Summerwind property as a whole is beautiful and this condo was no exception. Everything is clean, updated and just as the pictures show. This was our third stay at this property and we will be back. We love Summerwind. The only complaint we'd have this stay is this property management group makes it more difficult to access all of your check in/check out info by requiring you to sign in on their website rather than VRBO. Outside of that, the stay was perfect.

This property had a wonderful view, easy access and was very clean, only draw back was the twin beds and the master bed are approaching time for mattress upgrades, they were not the most comfortable, would we stay here again absolutely.

Enjoyed!

Overall condo was ok. There were eight of us. Would have liked to have had another sofa in the living room. And there was only four balcony chairs and my parents could not get in the high chairs. There needs to be at least two regular height chairs.

Beautiful

The condo was as described and the view from the balcony was beautiful, we watched the sun rise and set every day. The beach wasn't crowed so that made it even better!

Beach Fun with Family

The property was very clean, beds comfortable & plenty of linens. Internet was very slow-not a deal breaker & the property manager was very responsive with that issue. One thing that was VERY frustrating was the security guard that stood at the beach boardwalk hawking everyone for their armbands. It was over the top, he was rude about it & we heard lots of Summerwind guests complaining about it. The TV's were a little difficult to use, and no streaming options at all. Again, not a deal breaker, but in the technologically advanced time we live in I would definitely suggest upgrading that. Overall we had a very nice stay & created some very happy memories with our family.

We loved the room and view. Very comfortable for a family of 6 with an infant. The only criticism is that the facility needs more carts to help people check in and out. We would definitely come back.

The property was beautiful and the view is amazing. We had all that we needed in the unit for meals and family time. Loved the key pad to get in the unit, so we didnt have to keep up with keys. Cleaning crew could have done a better job. Outer side of hall bath toilet was disgusting and not cleaned (feces). Sheets for the bunk room had circle stains that we were not sure of. Overall loved the unit and all of the space.

Return to Summerwind

This was our second stay at Summerwind. We love the resort and enjoyed our condo, Beachcomber. It had bunk bed options for the boys, which was a big plus! We will definitely be back.

Everything You Need

The Beach Comber is a nicely furnished unit with beautiful ocean views and great view of the Navarre pier as well. The unit was well equipped and comfortably slept my large family of eight. The amenities within Summerwind provide a nice pool and easy beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
