Close to everything, this house is perfect for any getaway experience.
200m to the beach and playground, 5 minute walk to the shops and 10 minute walk to the pub, every age is catered for.

You'll find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen, whether it be a slowcooked meal, roast, spaghetti or toast, this house has every cooking appliance you need. Of course there is also utensils for everything as well.
Large outdoor area for BBQing and large groups.

Linen and towels supplied for 2 queen beds. Linen available to hire for single beds $15 each.

Happy Daze

We enjoyed our stay at Happy Daze. Suited us and plenty of room with 5 adults. We did have to clean the dust off outside furniture first and also clean the dust in the bathrooms before using. Slight ant problem in the kitchen and combat all the daddy long leg spiders. Overall we were very comfortable and property was fantastic for a dog.

Well appointed Clean

Great relaxing stay with everything we needed. Well appointed and very clean. So happy we could bring our dog and the fenced outdoor area was good. Great location to explore the Turquoise Coast and Caves. Walking distance also to everything.

Comforting Holiday Experience

Ideal location close to all necessities. Neat and tidy. Only 3 of us gents stayed but would accommodate 6 people easily. Large area at the front to park your boat and a friends boat, plus maybe 3-4 cars. Spacious patio and BBQ area with an extra fridge. The kitchen was well equipped. A positive experience.

Restful get away

Sleepy Town, very peaceful great for a restful time away. The property is walking distance to a beautiful bay and is stocked full of games, puzzles and movies to occupy yourself if you wish. We were in need of a restful break and we found it here.

Always have a great time up in Leeman and even better when you get onto some decent fish! Great property within walking distance to everything you need for a comfortable stay with plenty of room to park the boat!

Well appointed 3x2 house near beach

Everything you need for convenience and comfort is provided in this house just 250 m from the beach. It’s just a 5 min walk to the general store, fish and chips shop and new cafe/gift shop. Have stayed there twice now and would stay again.

House as described and pictured. Bright, freshly renovated with extras included like puzzles, dvds and books. Please note, that there is no wifi available at this property but overall we highly recommend.

Could be better

The inside of the property is fine however the outside is very poorly maintained. The grounds are overgrown with weeds, cobwebs everywhere including light fittings and just dirty in general. It needs a good clean up and paint. On our last day the power kept tripping out until at one point it just wouldn’t stay on in the metre box. We could smell a burning fuse type smell coming from the roof. We couldn’t contact the owner as there wasn’t a phone number. After many emails, we packed up all of our suitcases and sat in the dark hoping the house didn’t burn down. It was a bad way to end our trip for the last day and night.
