ÓTIMA

Apto bem montado, arejado, com varanda, garagens cobertas, porteiro 24 hs, muito limpo. Muito bem localizado, próximo à Praia do Forte e de comércio como: supermercado, restaurantes, bares, bancos, etc. Não precisa do carro!!! Recomendo!!!

Ficamos 3 dias no apartamento, foram dias incríveis! O apartamento é muito bem organizado, espaçoso, limpo e tudo muito bem distribuído. Além disso, a localização do apartamento é ótima, supermercado por perto, restaurantes, bares, padaria e distribuidora. Ana Lúcia é muito gentil e agradável. Super recomendo!!! Perfeito e tranquilo

Um apartamento perfeito para quem busca momentos de lazer com a família, perto de praias e comércios. Além disso, fui muito bem recebido pela Ana Lúcia, cuja recepção foi extremamente atenciosa e profissional. Contras: A falta de internet (wi fi), apresenta-se como ponto deficiente do imóvel. No mais, recomendo o imóvel e alugaria outras vezes.

amplo, limpo ,equipado e bem localizado

Imóvel amplo, bem localizado no centro das atrações de Cabo Frio,próximo ao canal do itajuru(passeios de barco),praia do Forte(lindíssima),parque(Play city),feirinha de artesanato e quiosques para lanchar, farto comércio ao redor, negociação clara e objetiva,fui muito bem recepcionado, foi um ótimo final de semana.
