Ocean Blue 502 is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo, perfectly situated on the South end of Myrtle Beach. Close to some of the best dining and shopping options at Market Common and only 3 miles to must-see Boardwalk and Skywheel. This property is recently upgraded with new flooring and paint. Visitors return year after year to enjoy this spacious condo and relax on the large balcony looking over the ocean!

Ocean Blue does not allow motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts. They will also not allow roof racks or cargo carriers on top of ANY vehicles. The parking garage clearance is 7FT.

We love Ocean Blue 502!
Terrific property! We have been coming off and on to the same room in Ocean Blue for 15 years. Beautifully decorated and very spacious so it is easy to be together or have your own space. Wonderful ocean view with two lovely master bedrooms. Property was spotless. Only complaint we had were that some of the mattresses were not comfortable. Also, pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect! Hoping to visit again next year.

Perfect views from balcony. Just like the online photos. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen functional although appliances are older. Ice maker didn’t work but there are cube trays and the dryer doesn’t dry very well. We did report that to the maintenance . Unfortunately the lazy River was closed for scheduled repairs. All in all a very nice unit

4 br 4 bath beachfront condo
we had a very nice stay in the condo but do have a few suggestions. please consider high rise toilet in at least the master suite for elderly guests. There was difficulty getting in the unit and the code did not work on the door- one of our party members got a different code texted to them when the code did not work, but when I called an actually spoke to someone, they said the code given that did not work was correct. Luckily we were in by then. The condo was clean and very nice with great reclining sofas in the living room.

We loved the room, but we had a problem with cockroaches. The condo had to be sprayed twice, and when leaving saw another one. The parking is small and very unorganized.

Roaches and misrepresentations
Bug infested dump. Totally misrepresented on VRBO. Pools NOT indoor, too cold to use. Glass removed from enclosure. Unit was tired, scratched and old furniture. No screens on sliding balcony doors so could not keep open. Some dishes chipped with sharp edges ( great for children!). Could not prepare/keep food because of roaches and palmetto bugs. Exterminator was there twice still found on day 4. Really disappointed. Electric outlet in kitchen hanging out of wall. Source of roaches and unsafe. Affordable Large Properties knew the issues and our dissatisfaction, never a phone call just excuses and patronizing texts. The owner should be ashamed of the property condition. Will not rent again from Affordable and if VRBO allows this kind of misrepresentation, how can I trust the listings.

10 digit door code was ridiculous…should have been 4. TERRIBLE INTERNET….needed to check in with work and was not able. This is a heads up for anyone who rents in the future and needs to stay in contact with work.

Had a fabulous week in Ocean Blue 502! The unit was spacious, clean, updated, and well equipped for 10 people! The beds were comfortable and the view was a amazing. Elevators were very quick and the entire complex was constantly being cleaned. Called on maintenance a few times for minor issues and they were very quick to respond. Only slight problem was the dryer. We had to restart it many times to dry items even after maintenance came to work on it. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The condo building is old, but the condo unit was spacious with four large bedrooms and bathrooms. The large balcony with great ocean views was fabulous. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cooking supplies. However, would prefer more cleaning supplies such as dishwasher soap, hand soap, etc. Having only two parking spaces per unit was not ideal. Overall the unit was nice. and the location was ideal.

The condo was incredibly clean, and very spacious. There is a beautiful view off of the huge balcony that was very peaceful watching the waves. Had enough room for everyone to move around without bumping into each other. Each bedroom was comfortable and well put together. The condo was beautifully decorated and minimalist stick. And the kitchen was fully stocked with any supplies needed for baking or cooking. The bathrooms and the washer and dryer and the dishwasher all works seamlessly. The only recommendation would be to allow more than 2 parking spaces for the condos sense you could have a max of 3 cars of people. Really loved the place and will be staying here again.

Suite needs to be through clean. Carpet was dirty, towels old and the refrigerator linked water on the floor. Not what I expected. Communication with maintenance folks was poor at best. We called maintenance several times but to no avail. Also, too many large black spiders hanging on the parking lot outside wall. Updates are needed!
