Beautiful 2 Bedroom Apartment in the heart of Split. Stunning view of Peristil

There are very few apartments like this in Split. You are literally in the centre of some of Split's most famous sights.

As you enter the apartment you will be greeted by a beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and living area. As we are located beside the Peristil, every window has a stunning view of the unique Old Town.

There is a very large master bedroom and a twin room for guests to sleep. Each bedroom has it's own unique view of Split.

While neither bedroom has an ensuite, there are two full bathrooms in the apartment.

You can see the architecture from your living room and bedrooms, while the restaurants, museums and bars are on your doorstep.

There is a small terrace above the apartment that is shared with the other two apartments in the building.

The famous Riva is two minutes walk away and the local ferry and bus terminals are 5 to 10 minutes walk making this the perfect location to explore Split.

Bacvice and Marjan are also a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Outstanding and well presented apartment and great location
Can’t speak highly enough of this property. Well equipped, spacious, stylish and just lovely. Do yourselves a favour and book this one. Only one problem was that we locked ourselves in on the ground floor on departure, only because we had to leave before the downstairs door was unlocked. So just be careful if leaving before 7am!

Special place!
Great location for getting everywhere. Very clean and well accommodated. Only comment to be aware of is the noise levels and the various church bells going off from 6am. Otherwise great charming spot, highly recommend.

Brilliant service!
Pro: Overall the apartment is clean and in a great location. Cons: Host was unresponsive via messages and calls, forgot about booking and never showed up for check in. Air con in living room and bedroom squeal at a high pitch. May not bother some people. WiFi went off after a couple of hours of check in but host never responded to any further messages throughout my one week stay. There were few roaches appearing in the bathroom but to be expected in a city center apartment maybe The beds are comfortable but the crinkly nana bed protectors not so much.

Apartamento muy bonito dentro del Palacio de Diocleciano
Ubicación excelente dentro del palacio de Diocleciano y con unas vistas de la catedral y del peristilo espectaculares. Apartamento muy cómodo y espacioso y muy bien decorado. Sofá cómodo y camas cómodas y amplias. Con buen menaje en la cocina y muy limpio. La anfitriona es majísima y te explica todo muy bien. En el peristilo hay música todas las noches hasta las once y media de la noche aproximadamente y te ameniza la estancia (aunque hasta esa hora mínimo no te puedes dormir :-) ).

Excellent location, good sized apartment.
The location is fantastic, just inside the walls of the palace. There is a roof top terrace on which to sit and view the city. Note that the apartment is up three flights of stairs and there is no elevator. The bedrooms and living area are a good size, better than most. It was very clean. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other 2 twins. There are two full bathrooms just outside the bedrooms. The kitchen has a refrigerator and a freezer. (You can make ice cubes.) There is a washer/dryer all in one. The host met us there.

Major-league holiday!
Ivana was a wonderful host and her responsiveness really made a difference in our experience. The apartment was very clean and nice. The entry to the building is not as nice as the place so don’t let that make you nervous. We did have a scary experience in which the downstairs neighbor was aggressively banging our door and ringing the doorbell at a late hour despite not much noise being made. Be aware of this if you choose to book this place as we (a group of young girls) we very scared.

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage (gegen die Kirchenglocken am Morgen helfen Ohropax :) . Gut eingerichtete Küche. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit gut erreichbar und äusserst hilfsbereit.
