You are invited to come and enjoy this Luxury fully air-conditioned, 5 bedroom, 3 full/2 half bathroom home which is surrounded by peaceful ponds, lakes and conservation areas.

Watersong is a gated community in Davenport, central Florida where you can relax by the sunny SOUTH-FACING pool/spa and covered lanai with natural lake view, and spacious outside sunbathing and dining areas to take advantage of the view - poolside shower and wc.

* A Child Safety fence is fitted as well as alarmed doors to ensure your children are unable to access the pool unsupervised.

* 5 bedrooms comprising: 3 king bedrooms, 1 twin and the fifth bedroom accommodating 4 of our younger Disney fans in two sets of bunk beds.

* 3 full bathrooms, all with bath and shower, and 2 half bathrooms, one poolside.

* Living space: formal living / dining room, spacious family room, which is open plan with the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook.

* Games room has pool table, air hockey, game console, vintage arcade game, ROKU TV.

* The resort is near all the major highways and just 12 miles to Disney World Drive, the location is ideal for the theme parks and exploring other less well known parts and some beautiful beaches of Florida which often get missed.

* If you enjoy a round of golf we are a very short ½ mile drive from a popular golf & country club with many others to choose from, including Championsgate and Reunion within a short drive.

The house is in a very nice neighborhood. We have rented in this Neighborhood 5 times. This house, however, needs a deep clean. There is black mold around the pool edges, black mold in the shower. There is a water issue when it rains and the water gets into the gameroom/garage and wets the carpet. There is a very strong smell in the garage. The house is near tall pine trees and the long needles land on the pool lanai. I did clean 3 sections but gave up cleaning the whole lanai. I would suggest cleaning the pine needles to make the property seem cleaner.

Great, private community in quiet location!

Working with Jan was great, she was prompt and genuinely responded to any communication that I had. I loved that they offered pool/spa heating and didn't charge extra like other properties.

Can't Wait for my next Trip!

This Watersong property was fabulous. I was nervous about renting a house like this for a vacation. But I must say this place exceeded my expectations. The pictures listed are completely accurate and the owners are fabulous to work with. They answered all of my questions immediately. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation. I am ready to book my next trip!

Good communication, but dirty with worn out furniture

Communication with property owner was great and home itself was nice. Was disappointed that the home was not very clean. There was dirt one the floor along all the walls, showing that the very minimum of cleaning was done. The couch and chairs were peeling (like faux leather that is really worn out). The washing machine desperately needs to be replaced. Any time more than the equivalent of two towels were put it, it would shake so terribly that it would jam itself in the closet. Lastly, we have rented other homes in the greater Orlando area and didn’t find what appeared to be mold in the pool. It sucked because the owners were very pleasant to work with and I suspect they just haven’t been there in awhile to see the insufficient cleaning and the items that need to be repaired. To the home owner: I have pictures if you are interested in seeing the issues.

We had a great trip!

The pool and hot tub were excellent, especially since we had a few cooler days on our trip the hot tub was a great feature! We really enjoyed the outdoor area and lots of seating to eat outside. The inside could use a little sprucing up, as some of the furniture is showing signs of wear. Also the location with traffic took us a bit longer to get to Orlando than we anticipated. Usually 45-60 min each way, but we did travel during spring break so I’m sure that factored into all the extra traffic. Our kids loved the game room to keep busy in the evenings. Thanks for the great stay, we had an awesome time.

Great getaway

My family and I stayed there a week and really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pool and spa were warm and much appreciated... the house was well maintained. The club house was closed the entire time, not sure we would have done anything down there anyway but couldn’t even check it out. Otherwise great stay and easy and nice people to rent from.

Awesome stay

My husband and I and our 3 girls had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house close to Disney. What a treat to be able to come home after the parks to a beautiful pool and hot tub. The house was perfect and and we all enjoyed being able to have an open kitchen and living room right out to the pool area. Jan was super responsive and very helpful for all of our needs and last minute booking!! We will be back for sure!!

Trip amid Corona

This is a lovely home and we enjoyed our trip until the Coronavirus came and sent us home to quarantine. Hopefully everyone is staying safe. Thank you again for the last minute reservation.

We are Mick & Jan Staines. We live in Essex UK, and have 2 daughters and have been married 50 years!! We’ve been holidaying in Florida since 1988 firstly with Jan's parents and our daughters, then more lately just the two of us. We have owned a villa in Florida since 1992, so not new to villa ownership and its ups and downs.

We bought this villa on Watersong in November 2017 after falling in love with the beautiful community and the villa layout which is great for family holidays. Our family love the pool and spa and we love the tranquil atmosphere and friendly residents.

The community offers some nice additional amenities and for those visiting Florida for Disney it is also great to have entertainment within the community to keep the kids amused on those days away from the parks!

We hope you will come and stay at Sunbreeze at Watersong as we would just love to share our little peace of Disney Magic in the Sunshine State with you!

Why they chose this property

We loved the villa spacious layout and the spectacular pool and deck with lake view.

We liked Watersong it is a very well maintained community, with an HOA management company who are pedantic about keeping the community that way. A friendly group of resident and non-resident owners who are all proactive in keeping the community how it should be. There are a number of amenities including a zero entry swimming pool, kiddie play and picnic area as well as more adult beach volley ball with games tables, a fitness centre, table tennis and cyber cafe inside the clubhouse,

We liked the semi rural aspect of the community the numerous ponds and conservation areas. Its a very relaxing location, we particularly enjoy our south-facing pool and spa, making sure we make use of the lanai when it gets too hot!
