Wonderful view!

View was great, the cabin was well maintained and perfect for our family. Love that we could bring our pups. Only suggestion would be to provide 1 coffee packet to make a pot. Forgot to bring coffee.

Quaint and Peaceful

This is a beautiful property that offers peace and quiet amongst the energy and business of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Super easy access to both towns. Great location for many attractions. The views were incredible and we loved the gorgeousness of the sunrises and sunsets. Only difficult we had was trying to contact someone regarding check-in procedures. Finally got a phone number from VRBO, and it was the main number for Little Valley Mountain Resort. They were incredibly helpful and kind. We’d absolutely stay at this resort, and in this cabin, again!

Wonderful, cozy little cabin, perfect for small family

My husband and I wanted to treat our daughter to a weekend getaway, not too far from home, and close to the trails in the Great Smokies. This cabin was perfect for the 3 of us and our 2 little dogs. It's in a great area and was easy to find. Only 15 minutes or so to the restaurants and shops in Pigeon Forge and about 30 to several of the park's most popular trails. The cabin was lit and welcoming when we got there with great parking (that can be tricky at some places we've been before). The hot tub was ready and waiting which we gladly took advantage of. Everything was clean and comfortable, plenty of towels and even extra blankets. We were very pleased not to need the paper plates and such we brought "just in case". No yard to speak of, but the dogs were happy with the leaf litter and all the new smells regardless. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely be coming back to Little Valley Mountain Resort the next time we need to get away.

Great cabin

This cabin was just right for my husband, myself and our small dog. It is just 1 bedroom, but there is a futon and bunkbeds upstairs in the loft. The bedroom and living room both have gas fireplaces, which we loved. There is a wrap around porch with a hot tub. We did not use it. There are rocking chairs and a porch swing. We really liked that the porch locked. There is a jetted tub in the upstairs bathroom. The view is beautiful because the back wall of the cabin has lots of windows. It was great for us.

Wonderful cabin

Horseshoe Hideaway was just perfect for our first trip since the pandemic started. The secluded cabin high above the trees was like an oasis into itself. We will be back.

Loved our stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Horseshoe Hideaway! Cabin was serene, private and comfy. And a fun adventure to get to! Not too far from Pigeon Forge. Resort amenities were wonderful and nice to have a few hiking trails close by that our dogs could enjoy since you can’t really hike with them in the Smokies. Would recommend to others!

Cozy cabin retreat

Start to finish it was a great experience. Check in was smooth and contact free. Directions for getting to the cabin and how to use the cabin were clear. Although it was winter, the roads were good getting to the cabin. Walking in it was warm, and music playing. They had a few necessities for us, such as a few trash bags, some soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent for 1 load, tp, and a few rolls of paper towels. Byo coffee filters, sweetener, salt, pepper, and I'd recommend bring a few more trash bags, and laundry detergent if you plan on staying longer. While not totally secluded, we felt that way. I wanted to feel alone, and we did. E could see other cabins from our deck if we tried, but it felt very private. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the hot tub, or from the rocking chairs with our coffee. Their photos of the view don't do it justice. Overall the cabin was cozy, clean and comfortable. Wifi worked great, which was nice as we had some business to do during our stay. The bed was comfortable, although the sheets and pillow cases were a bit rough. Byo pillow/pillow cases of you're picky like me. Our main fireplace was broken, but within about an hour of calling, maintenance was there trying to fix it. A part need to be ordered, but they tried twice to take care of it for us during our stay, which I appreciated. The "resort" had a few cute trails to hike, some pretty mini waterfalls that we enjoyed visiting. There were plenty of amenities we weren't able to use due to the weather (small golf course, mini golf course, half court for basketball, this courts, little playground, lake to walk by), but we enjoyed walking around. It was a few minutes from the main Pigeon Forge center, but off the path enough to enjoy quiet seclusion. Plenty to do if you want, but plenty of quiet if that's what you want.

Horseshoe hideaway

Cabin was very secluded and had nice Mountain View from the wrap around porch with a hot tub, rockers, and a porch swing. Very clean, well-maintained. Onsite activities at Little Mountain Valley Resort include a pool, tennis court, fishing pond, basketball hoop, volleyball net (you have to drive down to these but it only takes a few minutes). 15 minute drive to Pigeon Forge. A bit of a drive (45 minutes) into the Smoky Mountain National Park but worth it for the seclusion and privacy of this cabin. Not all cabins at LMVR are secluded or provide the Mountain View that this cabin did.

Very Good

The cabin was awesome. Everything from the bathrooms to the hot tub was immaculate! The ONLY reason for not getting five stars was the mattress. It was not at all comfortable. The location was great and the customer service was excellent. We were close to local restaurants and attractions, but still secluded, which was what we wanted. I would happily recommend staying at this cabin.

Great Private Retreat with a View

Very nice location up in the mountains. Close to Piegion Forge and Gatlinburg. The overall property was very private, lots of trails and had wonderful views from the porch and the hot tub. The cabin was in good shape and dog friendly. All of our animals just love the area and love the cabin which had a completely closed porch so they could just lounge with us both inside and out. I would definitely recommend this location and this cabin.

Very nice resort with great cabins!

This was our fifth stay at the resort. We try to stay in different cabins each time. This cabin was very nice as were all the other ones. Everything from the online reservation to the arrival and stay was beyond great. Staff is great and willing to help if needed.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!

Lovely cabin in a secluded located. It was very tastefully decorated and very clean! Our hot tub was a little grimy from the well water, but we gave them a call and someone was there within the hour to clean it again so we could use the rest of our trip. The view is spectacular! There is a for sale sign on the cabin and we sure hope if it does sell, it would still be available to book because we would love to book again some time!!
