Drive 5 minutes North to the beautiful white sand beaches of Napili Bay or Kapalua. Fifteen minutes North is a protected preserve in Honolua Bay with outstanding snorkeling and beautiful coral formations.

Or head South five minutes to Airport Beach and Kannapali Beaches. Shop and dine at Whaler's Village.

We watched whales play from the Lanai. There were Sea turtles eating on the rocks every day. Definitely would stay again.

Little piece of paradise

The view! The view! 30 feet from the ocean. Nothing more relaxing than listening to the ocean waves, watching them roll in and the beautiful sunshine. This place is lovely- well appointed with amenities of home. It was home away from home - except better weather! Location is close to shops, stores and sightseeing with beaches close by. The host was responsive and kind. We loved it here. Spent 9 days and wish we could have stayed longer

Awesome view but cleanliness is concerning

The apartment has awesome view, convenient locations, everything was as described in the online listing. Upon arrival we found brown stains on the toilet and the hair dryer, John responded really fast and sent someone to clean it. Some kitchen utensils also don’t look clean. Overall ok with the price.

get away

ok some of the furniture was old & outdated. bedroom had garbage under bed from previous stay? not sure how long it has been there. Only 1 wine glass so bought 4 new ones to leave at the property. They were 7.00 at ross not a bad price . No beach acess but beaches were close by. Bedroom tv inop. Not a big deal but still it did not work no cable connection.

Peaceful, beautiful location

Wonderful condo location right on the water. You can walk out to it and enjoy the view. There is swimming access, but no real beach. Peacful buidling that doesnt feel crowded at all. There's a heated pool as well. The kitchen has all the ammenities of home and there are two big TVs, AC, fans, a couch, etc. Some beach gear is availbale to borrow abd the condo complex has paid laundry facoloties to use. Simply amazing.

Quiet and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean!

The stay was amazing and in a quiet location. You walk right out to the ocean and can sit and enjoy coffee while listening to the waves or enjoy dinner watching the sunset. We saw 3 turtles while snorkeling right here too! Wonderful stay!

A relaxing way to enjoy Maui

This is in a very nice location (a few blocks outside of the congested tourist resort area). It was quiet, yet only minutes from the best beaches on Maui. The patio and lawn next to the ocean were the best part. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings outside on the patio or lawn. We snorkeled only feet away for a few minutes each day right at the location and were always surrounded by turtles.

Turtles All The Time!

The turtles love this place! The condo was fantastic, everything we needed and plenty of room for my daughter and me. I loved sitting on the patio with my coffee in the morning and a cocktail at sunset. Saw whale spouts, eels, jumping fish and turtles. Very active with marine life. I loved it all. Thank you and highly recommend.

Maui vacation

Loved the location, unit was exactly as described. Owner very responsive and helpful. Saw lots of turtles and whales. Would gladly stay in this unit again! Only negative was really only one wine glass!

Simply breathtaking

One of the nicest locations and areas we have seen. Close to a secluded beach area and can walk out to private lawn chairs for sunbathing. Quiet and relaxing! Islands can be seen from your living area- a vision that can not be seen everywhere! Close to hiking, restaurants and beaches- everything you need for an amazing stay.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed the stay very much. Perfect location, everything is in good order, comfortable and clean. Lots of turtles and beautiful fish right outside our door for snorkeling. No AC in the bedroom, but we were fine with the fan.

Great ocean front condo.

Highly recommend. So great to walk right out to the ocean. Great view of sunset. Not really a beach but there are steps down to the ocean to go snorkeling right there at your condo. Turtles frequent the reef/rocks right there at the condo. Very cool.

Spacious & Clean, Extras

Our Unit was more spacious than we thought based on the photos. I was traveling with my adult son, so having the space was great. It is in an area with grocery, food truck, small park and restaurants within walking.And yes, turtles right there every afternoon! Big bonus: the lawn chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, cooler, super up-to-date guide book. The best sunsets right on our front lanai. No bugs, pleasant neighbors and added bonus - the designated parking spot was always in the shade! Only thought: There is not a beach that you can really walk to. It was great to explore all the beaches by car, but having one right there to eliminate parking hassles and for convenience would have been nice. This would be very important with children IMO.

Great Location and Condo

Great location to see an abundant amount of wildlife in the ocean behind the condo. Check-in/check-out was super easy. Location of condo was close to popular nearby restaurants, food trucks, and downtown area of Lahaina. If we get to return to Maui, I will be doing my best to book this same location!

Location!

We really, for the most part, enjoyed this condo and can recommend it. The location is it’s best feature and can’t be beat - walking out from the lanai to the ocean, to see whales, turtles and moray eels is amazing!!! John’s unit is really well stocked and has everything (boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel stuff etc) which was super handy. The kitchen has all the essentials and worked well for us (& we cooked all our own meals). I loved the little unpretentious pool which was lovely and was typically almost always empty :) John was an excellent host and was very responsive. The unit is older and looks it - homey, not fancy (& a bit tired - but the price accounts for that). My one bigger issue was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom- most folks might be just fine with just the fan running, but as a light sleeper who sleeps warm, I found that challenging. There is an air conditioner in the living room but the coolness did not reach the bedroom. Other than that it was great.

Place for family to gather

Love waking up to the ocean right in front of your face! Amazingly beautiful, peaceful, and calm. We had our family who lives in Lahaina for dinner and the most of the day visiting us because of the sheer beauty of the ocean, place, and area. Honu in front of us all the time, whales because of the time of the year everyday all day long. This is our place when we go to Maui!
