Foi muito bom a estadia no imóvel. Tudo muito limpo e conservado, ventilador de teto e ar-condicionado nos quartos, além de frigo bar em cada um dos quartos. Cozinha compacta e com os utensílios completos. A administradora Ana muito atenciosa e prestativa, sempre preocupada com o bem estar nosso. A piscina estava um pouco suja quando chegamos, mas logo a zeladora tratou e limpou. Gostamos muito da estadia e com certeza voltaremos outro dia.

Gostamos demais do período em que ali passamos. A Ana Lúcia (Administradora) foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. O apartamento é ótimo e oferece toda estrutura necessária (mobília, tv, ar cond. máq. de lavar, cozinha tudo de 1ª qualidade inclusive decoração, como se destinados aos próprios donos). Ambiente tranquilo para famílias. Não podemos esquecer da Raquel responsável pela manutenção do prédio, uma pessoa especial que a todo momento nos dedicou muita atenção, resolvendo com prontidão todas as demandas que foram levadas a ela permitindo-nos uma estada mais tranquila e confortável. Apartamento muito bom. Tudo conforme o anunciado. Boa localização, móveis novos, colchões muito bons. Fogão, micro ondas, geladeira, frigobar, maquina de lavar roupas, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A Ana foi super gentil em nos recepcionar e muito prestativa quanto a todas as nossas necessidades, assim como a zeladora do prédio, que também foi super gentil conosco. A área de lazer do prédio também é excelente. Piscina ótima e limpa, área de churrasqueira completa. Tudo muito bom. Recomendo!!! Elizabeth.
