Mas Pau, at the foot of Mas Nou, has a special atmosphere. It is a typical Catalan farmhouse that was lovely renovated. Kitchen completely equipped with: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc. In its spacious room with the thick walls, everyone will find their favourite place. Thanks to the spacious construction, it is also ideal for holidays with multiple people (2 families up to 7 people), salon dining room, TV room, covered terrace, outdoor terrace, grill ands tone table in the shaded garden. lawn, 3 bedrooms, 1 x bathroom, 1 x shower and 2 separate WCs. Ideal location only a few km from stunning beaches, shopping and cultural cities. The small villages along the Costa Brava are particularly charming with the stunning bays and good fish delicacies. Good bus connections in all directions.

Eine tolle Zeit!
Sehr schönes großes Haus und Garten. Top zum relaxen. Tolle Lage und Aussicht, Schön abgelegen und nicht einsehbar von der Straße. Die Inneinrichtung ist okay, sehr rustikal, Küche gut ausgestattet für eine Ferienwohnung. Die Betten könnten etwas besser sein, nach unserer Vorstellung. Zur Info für die, denen ein Grill wichtig ist: Der Gasgrill ist kein Grill sondern eine La Plancha. Das passt zu Spanien und ist sehr praktisch für Fisch und Seafood, aber es ist kein Grill im klassischen Sinn. Man kann aber sehr gut darauf braten. Die Elektrik hat irgendwo im Garten eine fehlerhafte Isolierung. An einem Tag hat es sehr stark geregnet und dabei hat der Fehlerstrom Schutz Schalter ausgelöst und das ganze Haus vom Strom getrennt. (Ein FI für das ganze Haus) Man musste dann die Sicherung für Garten und Erdgeschoss (alles eine Sicherung) für 2 Tage ausgeschaltet lassen bis es getrocknet war um den FI wieder zu aktivieren damit zumindes der Rest vom Haus wieder Strom hat. Es gab daher kein Licht auf der unteren Etage und im Garten für 2 Tage. Das Problem wurde der Verwaltung mitgeteilt aber nicht behoben in der Zeit wo wir da waren. Das war für uns, da es nur 2 Tage waren, aber nicht weiter tragisch. Ursache sollte aber gefunden und behoben werden. Der Pool ist schön für eine Erfrischung und für Kinder auch gut da er nicht so tief ist (1,2m). Geschäfte sind alle in der Nähe. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit dort.

Very disappointed
The house looks lovely from outside, as it has a beautiful garden and it is fully equipped, however most equipment was mouldy. Everything in the cupboards was covered in mould and lots of insects in the beds! We have been bitten as the house wasn't cleaned properly. The wardrobes were dusty inside and the floors were dirty. The fuse was going off a few times during our 2 week start, however it was solved eventually. The smell in the house was terrible and it was hard to sleep there due to the humidity. There is no air-conditioning or even a fan! I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. It is such a shame that the owners didn't put more effort as this house has a great potential.

Wunderschönes Landhaus
Sehr schönes , gepflegtes Haus mit guter Ausstattung und Lage. Gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern , der wunderschöne Garten bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum entspannen oder zum Spielen . Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Wie im Paradies
Unsere Erwartungen wurden vom Haus vor Ort noch übertroffen! Herrliches iyllisches Grundstück, toller, sauberer und technisch einwandfreier Pool in ausreichender Größe, Sehr persönliches Interieur mit ungeheuer vielfältiger Ausstattung. Tolle Lage und herrliche Terrasse. Verkehrstechnisch prima gelegen. Die nahe Fernverkehrsstraße hört man kaum. Wenn man genau daruaf achtet, keine Lebensmittel liegen zu lassen, hat man auch mit den Ameisen keinen Ärger! Lediglich die Schnaken machten uns etwas zu schaffen, da es zweimal kurz gewitterte und so die Bedingungen für die Quälgeister ideal waren....

Villa de charme dans un cadre superbe, vue mer et campagne. Dépaysement et tranquillité assurés !
Magnifique maison typique avec qlq rafraîchissements à prévoir. Très propre à notre arrivée bien équipée même si pas de micro-ondes. Côté jardin splendide manque juste quelques éclairages pour autour de la piscine pour les baignades nocturnes. La maison est proche de ttes les commodités mais reste suffisamment éloignée de l effervescence de la ville pour passer des vacances calmes en famille ou entre amis. Nous y retournerions les yeux fermés !!!! Super vacances merci !

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, optimal für zwei Familien mit größeren Kindern. Die Lage ist ein Traum: wer morgens auf der Terrasse frühstückt, kann schon mal den Blick aufs Meer genießen. Der Garten mit Pool reicht als Beschäftigung für die größeren Kinder aus. Die Raumaufteilung ist optimal, Bäder ebenso. Das war sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort. Empfehlenswert!

Heerlijk huis
Een heel fijn huis op een rustige plek, met veel privacy. In het huis, met rustieke uitstraling zit heel veel ruimte, overal zitplekken. In de ruime prachtige tuin zijn ook meerdere zitjes: in de zon, in de schaduw, het kan allemaal. Een bescheiden, maar heelijk zwembad om af te koelen. In de tuin hoor je op de achtergrond de grote weg, maar voor ons was dat niet storend. Strand, restaurants, winkeltjes en uitgaansvermaak is allemaal dichtbij, maar als dat je niet trekt, zit je in dit huis net ver genoeg van alle drukte. Het huis is verre van modern ingericht en uitgerust, maar alles is er en het past in de sfeer van het huis Wij hadden hier een leuke vakantie

Erholung pur !!!
Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem gepflegten Garten und Pool in ruhiger Lage, bestens ausgestattet und genügend Platz für zwei Familien. Playa de Aro selber ist sehr touristisch, von Discos, Bars, Cafes, unendlich shopping ist alles möglich. Wer es ruhiger mag für den hat der kleine Ort Castello de Aro alles Nötige zu bieten. Die nahe Verbindugsstraße hört man nach zwei Tagen nicht mehr. Der Strand selber ist hier in Playa nicht so schön und in der Hauptferien extrem voll, der hauseigene Pool macht dies aber wieder wett und läßt diesen kaum vermissen.Der Buchungsablauf und Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief einwandfrei und endgegenkommend. Wer streßfreien und absolut erholsamen Urlaub sucht ist hier genau richtig.Einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und genießen - eben Erholung pur! Es war eine wahre Freude für alle Sinne hier Ferien gemacht zu haben. ****Herzlichen Dank**** Familie H. und C.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage
Ein ausgesprochen schönes und gepflegtes Haus und Anwesen. Gartengestaltung ist top. Die Ausstattung des Hauses läßt keine Wünsche offen, alles ist zweckmäßig, sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr gut, schnell und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterenpfehlen. Einzig die relativ nahe Verbindungsstraße nach Palamos stört etwas, nach ein paar Tagen hat man sich aber daran gewöhnt.
