Located in spectacular Cove Beach AKA Falcon Cove, midway between Cannon Beach and Manzanita, this charming cabin provides a perfect getaway for reading, relaxing or taking in the natural beauties of the area.
The house is perched above the beach about 70 feet with a number of close by access points to choose from. The south end of the beach offers fascinating up-close views of tidal pools and a vast sandy beach at low tide. The property is regularly visited by Roosevelt elk, black-tailed deer, ground squirrels, coyotes, and other neighbors. The ocean view from the living room window allows careful watchers to see the spouts during whale migration. At night the stars shine brightly, undimmed by city lights, and the roar of the ocean calms the spirit.
The house comfortably sleeps 4 . There is a queen bed and a trundle bed( Twin). The Trundle bed is best for children and teenagers. For everyone’s comfort, this is a NON SMOKING accommodation.
Amenities
The house has a complete kitchen with utensils and microwave, linens, as well as a washer and dryer for small loads. There is no dishwasher. Outdoors, there is a picnic table and small deck, and a charcoal BBQ grill. Cable TV, Wi-Fi, plus a DVD, and VCR provide evening entertainment with a collection of popular and independent films.

Hiking and Beach Access
Visitors can walk out the front door, cross the street and choose from 3 trails to the beach. Cove Beach is surrounded by Oswald West State Park. The trail to Oswald West Park and Short Sand Beach is about 2-3 miles long. Bridges across ravines allow hikers of all ages ravines to enjoy spectacular old growth Sitka spruce and ocean views.
