Relax and take in the marsh and ocean views from our 3rd floor end-unit that is directly on the inlet complete with all the amenities. Enjoy the salt air and all the abundant wildlife inhabitants of the marsh. Unit has two bedrooms, washer & dryer, 3 flat screen TVs, dishwasher and microwave for your convenience. Additional features include pool, hot tub, fishing dock, boat launch, outdoor grills and elevator. Our unit is complete with linens and towels. There is a patio set on the balcony to discover the marsh view and stunning sunsets with your favorite meals and beverages. It's a quick walk to downtown Garden City where you can enjoy the restaurants, gifts shops and local flavors. We are within 1 1/2 blocks from the Garden City Fishing Pier and Sam's Corner! Directly across the street you can rent bikes, kayaks, golf carts and more. If you tire from all of that, you can be at Murrell's Inlet Marsh Walk, considered the Seafood Capital of South Carolina, or Myrtle Beach in minutes.

Perfect, quiet getaway
Beautiful view overlooking the marsh! Restaurants, small convenience store all located within walking distance. The beach is a few blocks away.

View of marsh was lovely- i would stay again. Only negative was the pool was absolutely freezing for June- even the kids could not stay in the water long. Loved being able to walk to beach- arcade- grocery-ice cream shop etc so we didnt have to get out in the traffic

There was an odor when we walked in and then the whole place was covered in dust . Table on deck was rusted and falling apart. Celling was leaking even though had put new wood up. We coughed whole time there . Over stove was nasty and grease. 2 pug ins looked like there had been water coming thru them . Tube know kept falling off.

Beautiful sunsets
We loved the screened in porch and spent every evening out there watching the sun set over the marsh. We enjoyed watching the birds and boats every morning in the marsh as well. Liked being able to walk to so many places in Garden City.

Perfect size for very small family. More than 3-4 people would be way over crowded. My only complaint would be a lack of bedding/blankets. Beds only have sheets on them or very very lightweight bedspread… not sure what it was. There was plenty of pillows though. Would definitely stay again but will bring blankets.

We will definitely stay there again!
Our whole experience with VRBO and Seawatch Inn personnel was wonderful, very helpful, friendly. Our great grandkids visited one day, had a great time fishing off pier (didn't catch any), swimming in pool and warming up in hot tub, lol. The view was wonderful from balcony. Our room was very spacious, washer and dryer was a big plus. Only thing we noticed when packing to leave, I always look under beds to ensure we don't leave anything, sock, toy and dust bunnies were found, not ours. Floor under couch, fold out bed was very dirty. All in all, we will definitely stay in this suite again!! We have told all our friends how nice the place was, (not the part about floors),, Some other family members came by to see the suite, they loved it also!!!!!!!!

Family Getaway!
We absolutely enjoyed our vacation. It's a very quiet and peaceful area. It's near a lot of things and only a few mins away from Myrtle beach. We will definitely stay there again in the future! If you're looking to relax and take in the scenery this is the place to go .

Still a great place - wonderful updates
Our family first stayed in this unit four years ago, and we really loved it. On this visit, we were immediately struck by the wide-ranging updates that the owner has made. The unit has been repainted, the majority of the flooring has been replaced, new furniture in the living room, new marble-topped table/island in the kitchen. What's unchanged - the great location, close to the Garden City Pier; the third-floor view that overlooks Murrells Inlet and also offers a great view of the ocean.

This place has everything you could want. Charming condo with extensive full view of the marsh and sunsets. Deck and fishing pier on property with a pool and hot tub. One minute walk to the beach and a few restaurants. 5 minute drive to the marsh walk at murrells inlet.

The complex is not well run
This unit was alright, plenty of room and close to the beach and other entertainment. Some basic maintenance and upgrades are sorely needed. The complex management seems to be ok during the day but once they leave people do whatever they feel like. There really should be someone there 24/7 to oversee the place.

My only complaint was that it was small. It was listed that 6 people could stay there. I would find that extremely difficult. Our max was 4 people. More than that would have been very crowded We had a great time and was great to be able to see the fireworks and not have to leave your condo. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place

It doesn't get any better
This end-unit condo has stunning views of the ocean, marsh and a sunset you can't beat. A quaint fishing city has all you could need. Murrell's inlet, the marshwalk and myrtle beach are all in skipping distance. Fishing and crabbing off the back pier was fantastic and the pool and the hot tub are great to relax in.

Lovely view
It was very nice. The pool was great and we were about a block and a half from the beach. Beautiful view from the 3rd floor overlooking the fishing dock and the marsh. You could sit on the screened in porch and watch the fish jump below. I would advise that the unit is a bit small. There were 4 of us, so it was a bit tight. It would be perfect for 3 people.

We had an awesome time at Seawatch Inn. This unit is equipped with everything you need and it was clean!! The staff at the Inn are extremely nice. We will definitely be back.

Great stay at a great place!
The condo is in an ideal location about a 5 minute walk from the beach and a short drive from Route 17 which has everything you could possibly need. The fishing and crabbing off of the private dock was a nice plus, they even had crabbing nets laying around you could use! We didn't utilize all of the amenities the community had but the pool and hot tub also were a nice touch. Only complaint is at one point we returned from going to the beach and walked in on the maintenance man doing a once over of the condo, he said the tub was leaking into the condo below but it would have been nice to have a sign on the door of some sort as we were startled walking in. Would definitely stay here again and all in all was a great experience, thank you Greg and Joanne!

Enjoyed stay great end unit with inlet view. Convenience to beach short walk. Pool was clean fishing off the pier. The only problem we had was parking.
