The front entry gives way to open air concept that embraces family & friends to experience food, relaxation and seaside atmosphere. The main room has comfortable seating for all, flatscreen TV and ceiling fan. Kitchen features a professional chef's stove,Brita Filtering Water Putcher, microwave, coffee maker, breakfast/prep counter. Two guest rooms: one twin bed and one full bed; both include flatscreen TVs. The master suite has a walk out sliding door, skylight, queen bed, flat screen TV, casual sitting area. The compact bath features a stand up shower, vanity, amenities and washer & dryer.
Our guests will have the whole house and yard to themselves, with no shared spaces or entrances. Driveway parking for two vehicles or more motorcycles. Front yard is fenced in and the side/back yard is surrounded in privacy fencing and has a gazebo and outdoor shower. We also have a mooring available. Contact us for details.
Sherry or Wayne will greet you, check you in, answer any questions and supply you with local information. We are accessible and able to assist guests with any requests and or immediate issues. Why they chose this property
We are an active family, and taking the whole family windsurfing, snowboarding, cycling or beaching stated getting expensive as the kids got older. We decided to find a vacation home that let us enjoy all of the aspects we love of eco-tourism without having to drive hours to and from or fly. Loading gear onto the Expedition got really tired after a while. Once we bought our little dream bungalow, we renovated it to our standards of relaxation and started running down here every chance we got. After the kids all flew the coop, we decided that we wanted to move down here for good. We have never regretted our decision, and the bridges, the views, and the Bay never get tired. We have everything we need right here on the island, and family is only 45 minutes away!
What makes this property unique
In the summer, we spend free time sailing, motorcycle touring or gardening. At the end of a great day, we love unwinding in our secret garden out back. We have a gazebo with an antique wood stove, a grill and dining area and an outdoor shower to rinse the sand and salt off of ourselves and Mia and Aruba, our two dog pack.
