Villa 14 Tangalooma Beachfront

SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations must pay a Security Bond of $1500.00 no later than the day prior to arrival.
CLEANING & LINEN FEES: All cleaning and linen fees must be paid when the reservation is made.

With 2.5 bedrooms upstairs, and bathroom with shower, accommodation 6 guests upstairs, also a balcony off the main upstairs bedroom with fantastic Moreton Bay Views, you can actually see across to the Glass House Mountains and to Brisbane. Great viewing from your deck in November to watch the whales play out the front as they return home.
Downstairs has a kitchen with a microwave and a 4 burner stove top, (their is no oven available), fridge/freezer, all crockery and utensils are provided, washing machine in the laundry area. Good size combined lounge/dining with the lounge going out on the the downstairs deck. Lounge room cane lounge converts to a single bed and a single trundle below. Villa is air-conditioned.
The Dolphin Feeding Experience is NOT included in your booking of this property.

Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.

Great location, rundown Villa.
Based on the price, you’re definitely paying for the amazing location rather than standard of the villa which is I desperate need of a make over… doors not opening, balcony pailings popping out (possibly non-compliant), couch extremely dirty and worn out, carpet barely holding together and a broom that was weirdly permanently wet.

Good location
Accomodation was centrally located to the resort and the beach. Unit not completely clean, smelt musky, doors/locks annd window tracks very sticky, and very out dated furniture. Netherless comfortable for my family and our stay. Poor communication with property manager through email whilst at property.

Great location and Stunning Sunsets
Dear Paula Thank you so very much for the beautiful stay at your property in Villa 14 We absolutely enjoyed ourselves and all the amenities in your villa met all our needs. It was fantastic to have a second toilet downstairs, which was very convenient. When we arrived we found that you had a cot and high chair. Thank you so much for making those items available to us. The Villa was clean and we enjoyed using the electric frying pan provided to cook outside for most of our main meals. The King size bed was very comfortable and the view from the main bedroom balcony was just amazing. We took many sunset photos from both balconies….they were just stunning. My Family and I really loved the idea of the outdoor hose and shower. It was so convenient to remove all the salt and sand from ourselves before entering the villa. We enjoyed the peace and quiet away from the main part of the Resort. But we also loved the fact that the villa was a short walk to the resort facilities and to the dolphin feeding program, which we enjoyed watching every night. Thank you so very much for the special request on our last day. It was greatly, greatly appreciated. Kindest of Regards K&G

It was quite run down for the price , even over the Easter high season. All areas needed a good clean There were 2 prominent stains on the white bedspread in the main bedroom and the hand towel in the second toilet was already dirty when we got there. It is my first and probably last booking through the stayz website.

Amazing way to bring in the New year.
We stayed at Villa 14 for 5 nights over new years. The villa was amazing and the aircon in the upstairs bedrooms was a massive bonus. There was plenty of pillows and blankets to cater to all our 8 guests. Highly reccommend 👍🏼

The property managers were very accommodating in the booking process making allowance for we of poor internet savvy. The Villa was clean and comfortable the beach and foreshore were excellent for the grandchildren (in separate villa).

Overall feeling is that property met our needs. On the plus side location was perfect. New king size bed was so big and comfortable that we were able to apply social distancing measures even whilst we slept. Alas in the kitchen there was much evidence of cockroaches. Wife not best pleased. Once cleaned up all good. Overall happy to have stayed there. O

Beautiful place to stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tangalooma. Villa 14 is in a great spot practically on the beach and close to all amenities. It was a short walk to the restaurants and sports facilities and a good stroll to the wrecks. There are lovely views from the main room upstairs and the lounge with plenty of space for at least 6 people. There is one bathroom upstairs for everyone and a toilet downstairs which is very handy. Outside shower made it easier to clean all the beach sand off. We had a couple of issues with a some lights not working but we worked around that and the curtains were threadbare and dirty and the place generally needs a good paint job however the location and space inside more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend staying here.
