Localização não condiz com o que o proprietário informou. Não são 3 quartos, são apenas 2.. um é uma dispensa onde foi colocado uma beliche.. sem conforto ou ventilação alguma. Não há porteiro, conforme havia sido informado. Proprietário combinou um horário de saída e não cumpriu. E quando o cobramos cumprir o horário combinado se mostrou uma pessoa completamente descompensada. Fez ameaças diversas. Estava com uma amiga e o filho dela de 11 anos. Deixamos o apto e fomos pra uma pousada com medo das ameaças sofridas. Se vc quer sossego e tranquilidade em sua hospedagem em Cabo Frio, não alugue este apartamento.

O proprietário foi super atencioso e preciso nas informações prestadas. Tivemos uma excelente recepção. Só tivemos momentos bons!! O Marcelo sempre foi muito acessível e cordial conosco e só temos a agradecer por tudo! O imóvel é excelente e muito bem localizado. A limpeza e a decoração impressionaram! Nos sentimos em casa e certamente iremos retornar!
