Relaxing spot on the lake

Great place on the lake. We had a family of 6 adults and a couple of 3 year olds. The living space with the large couch was great to have family time. Kitchen is well equipped. The deck was excellent even for the kids since the stairs leading down to the dock was gated. Communication with the property manager was excellent. All 3 adult couples commented on how comfy the beds are. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Property and Awesome experience

The property had great views and is at a great location, pretty close to Marble falls. The location was truly stunning, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to unwind and relax. One of the highlights of our stay was the quality time we spent with our family. We enjoyed every moment of our time together, whether it was exploring the surrounding area or simply lounging around the property. What truly made our stay stand out, however, was the great communication from the property owner and the property manager. They were incredibly responsive to our requests and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our requirements made all the difference in making our stay truly unforgettable. In summary, our short stay was an absolute delight, thanks to the property's stunning location, wonderful amenities, and exceptional service from the owner. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Great stay at Horseshoe Bay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this HSB house! It had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 9-15). The outdoor patio space is so spacious, and the kids were able to fish off of the lower dock. It’s close to anywhere you’d want to go in the area. It had an extra long driveway so it accommodated our vehicles nicely as well. We’ll be back to stay in the future!

Perfect get-away!

Well appointed, spacious updated condo! My husband and I had our 17-year old Son and 5 of his friends for a last minute weekend Lake run. We had plenty of space! The home is beautiful and impressive vegetation, plenty of shaded areas on the way to open dock. Host & PM were responsive, friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend! We will return!

Great family Vacation!

We went with our family of 4 and my sister’s family of 4, it was the perfect size to fit all of us. The property manager is such a nice guy he is very dedicated to making sure everything is perfect and goes above and beyond if you have any questions or needs! This Property is in a great location on the lake, a really nice clean cove, and the house is very nicely updated and clean! The beds were very comfortable and the sheets are really nice! We will be coming back for sure!!! Highly recommend this property!

weekend stay

The property is very nice was a good fit for our family of 6 adults and two toddlers. Waterfront access was great for swimming and floating as was the boat dock. We had a great time and will come again. Parking is a bit inconvenient but overall everything is great.

Mama's heart is full

Life is crazy busy and we as a family, living all over the country, have very few moments together. Fortunately, we were able to secure this wonderful property for a weekend. Everything was perfect! The PM was friendly, and very helpful. We could not have asked for better accommodations.

Awesome spot on the lake!

We had a great weekend at this home and will rent here again next time we come to Lake LBJ. Everything was as-advertised, and the property manager was very helpful with logistics on putting in our boat, where to park our trailer, getting to the home, etc.

Excellent time!

We had a great vacation with our family. We had an infant, a 3 year old and 6 audits and it was perfect. The layout was just right and we loved the sitting areas in the evenings.

This place was great. The location was great. Had a boat and tied up real easy to the dock. The property manager was amazing. Always available and quick to help. This place was an end unit which is great! Also the covered patio underneath is great in the Texas summer! No complaints. Would absolutely book again.

Love it!

Great property all the way around! Spacious, clean, well-stocked condo with great views of the lake from living area and upstairs master. Deck is fabulous with easy access to the water and lots of lounging area, shaded and not. Location central to everything you could need! One piece of advice: bring bug spray and citronella candles, as the "no see um" bugs are in attendance on the deck...they are not only at this property but seem to be everywhere around the lake, even biting us while waiting in line at the Blue Bonnet Cafe! Hopefully, they are seasonal and not year round...this is the first time we have ever had issues with them when we were visiting this area...? Other than that, GREAT condo, highly recommend!

Good Week

The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cookware and dishes, and the appliances were in excellent condition. The decks and view of the lake were as good or better than the pictures, the outdoor furniture was great, and the living room was an awesome space for our group. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was perfect for our trip. The only issues were minor with a little bit of wear in some areas of the house, but it was mostly clean and tidy overall.

Awesome place to get together with family. There was enough space and the ambiance is just perfect! Duane and Jim are responsive to questions and very helpful. Thank you so much we truly enjoyed our stay despite the influx of water flies. Overall, a great stay! :)

Horseshoe Bay Birthday Weekend

From making the reservation to checking in and out with ease, we had a very positive experience. The location of the condo was excellent and the view over the water was exceptional. It was very quiet, the kitchen was well equipped and we especially liked the huge TV we used to watch the Astros play. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and well equipped. The property manager even had birthday balloons waiting for the two birthday ladies. The property manager answered all our questions at check in and was available for other questions that came up during our stay. We recommend this condo. The only drawback was that we were a group of women in our 60's and 70s, and the three levels were a challenge at times for our old knees. haha! Thank you for a lovely stay..

Fabulous outdoor spaces. Details missing.

The outdoor spaces at this home were amazing, and we had a wonderful time staying here. For the price, there were missing touches and details not attended to. We should have been made aware that there was going to be no soap, shampoo or conditioner of any kind provided. There was a significant hole in the towel in the master bath (and the property manager said the owner knew and was going to replace at the end of the season!). There was a filthy return air vent. There are no beach towels; we were grateful we brought ours. Just details though. It’s spacious and you can’t beat the view!

We purchased our first property in this condo unit due to the excellent, safe boating option it offered our teen children over fifteen years ago. We always admired this end unit with the enhanced appointments and outside space with the beautiful lower level trellis adding shade and privacy. When it came on the market we gladly jumped at ownership. The two units in the same complex offered a wonderful opportunity for family reunions or groups of friends to gather.

Why they chose this property

As noted above, this is unit offers gorgeous outside space. An awning on the second level deck provides morning shade for two as they sip coffee at the breakfast table. Multiple seating options abound on this level beyond here with an umbrella for shade as needed. The lower level trellis is fully shaded throughout the day but has expanded dock for those who like the sun and close proximity to the water.

What makes this property unique

The previous owner enhanced the interior appointments as well. Windows are custom - kitchen has granite counter tops, beautiful stainless steel appliances and unique backsplash. Furnishings are lovely with gorgeous fabrics in all rooms.
