Convenietly located about 40 minutes from Aguadilla Airport (Rafael Hernandez Airport). Our property sits in a quiet neighborhood offering quick access to the Mayaguez Mall, nightlife and the best seafood restaurants in Joyudas and Cabo Rojo. Approximately 40 min from the historical City of Ponce.

Spectacular beaches, mountain views, restaurant, historical landmarks; everything you need to get away from your daily routine and step in paradise!
Why they chose this property
Our beautiful homes sit on about 1 acre of land with magnificent views. Surrounded by mango, guavas, and avocado trees… Very safe and beautiful neighborhood, yet, so close to everything. From restaurants to beautiful beaches, to shopping malls including pharmacies and supermarkets.
If you like vising beautiful structures with styles in its architecture, you can’t miss Our historic Lady of Monserrat Minor Basilica Church where, in 1590 the appearance of the holy virgin of the Monserrat occurred to Giraldo Gonzalez. In 1998 it was recognized as minor Bacilica.

Historic Old San Juan is about a couple hours and our National forest “EL YUNQUE” rated as 1 of the top places to visit.
