Tenants upstairs are beautiful people very respectful of valued guests However as with any unit you may hear their footsteps above. Less than 1km easy (walk, ride, drive) on path to beach access, 1.5km to the center of Coolum. Bus stop 50m or courtesy bus's to Clubs

We would love to welcome and host you. “Comfy and cosy" as we call it, is a small in fact TINY 30m2 downstairs (under house) fully self-contained granny flat, Filled with all the little things and extras you need. Full time tenants live above in main house are beautiful people who are very respectful of our guests. However with a unit of this style you will hear their footsteps when at home and moving around so if you are noise sensitive we suggest you do not book as your comfort is our priority
The flat is super cosy and gives you a hug as you walk in. Guest often comment on how comfy and welcome they feel from the second they walk in the door. Super cute with its own fully equipped kitchen and private entry.
Air Conditioned
The little flat has two private entries and off street parking at the front of it (uncovered) What it lacks in size we make up for with all the extra little things it provides.
The comfort of our guests is our priority and this is reflected in our hosting and all the little extras this flat offers.

1 bed, Queen-size, 1 bath. It is air conditioned with ceiling fans and two screen doors to let the sea breeze through if you are not into Air conditioning.
The flat is the right size to accommodate one or two people only. No extra guests permitted. It does not cater for babies or children under 5.
Very strict "No smoking". Body Corp policy is no smoking inside or outside the flat. No smoking permitted on the property grounds

34 Inch smart TV with chromecast (We do not provide streaming services just the smart TV and feel free to log into your account using our free WiFi)
TWO BICYCLES available (codes for bike locks will be given when waiver agreement is signed) and plenty of paths that lead you straight to the beach and around town. It’s 1.5km to Coolum Beach Central, offers amazing sunsets, boardwalks along the coast line, local shops, trendy cafes, restaurants and takeaways all within a short distance. Coolum Beach is located just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to Noosa.
KITCHEN with pots, pans, tea towels etc. and an Aldi coffee pod machine system that makes great coffee.
Milk coffee and Tea and some basic items are in pantry.
THE PANTRY has basic everyday items and plastic wrap, foil and zip lock bags etc., if you are staying for a few days please check pantry before your shop you are welcome to use what we and previous guests have provided and is there. We ask guests if you do use the last of these sorts of items, you do replace that item as a courtesy to guest coming in after you. We this style of accomodation as a community and if you are staying a while and only need to replace one item it sure is a saving on what you may have used during your stay.
Only 150m to the foreshore, so you can hear the ocean from either of the two small courtyards, with less than a 1km flat (walk, ride or drive) to beach access. (There are two access points both about the same distance off David low way, we prefer the one at Stummers Creek entry at access 71), as it is close to town after beach walk. You turn right for that one, the other, if you turn left is a boardwalk and National park and lovely if you want a more secluded part of the beach.
Now with Air conditioning (Please switch off Air con when leaving flat for long periods of time) Ceiling fans aid the sea breeze in summer. Fully insulated under house, so the flat maintains a nice constant temperature all year round; cool in summer and warm in winter. Two entry doors opposite sides of the flat let the sea breeze through and flat is fully screened
For guests staying 2 weeks or more we do a complimentary clean of bathroom toilets and floors. as well as linen change
Tracey lives locally and is happy to do this, as she also does the exit cleans.
We supply start up essentials/consumables like tea coffee and toilet paper etc however the unit is self catering after they are gone for long term guests.
For the avid water skier like my husband, OZ Ski Resort is a 7 min drive away for world class slalom/jump or trick ski coaching or there if you just want to learn to ski or wakeboard.
For guests information we do have security cameras located on the property facing the driveways to ensure the security of the home.
Sorry no pets in this flat, but we do have a two bed unit on Airbnb that is pet friendly, so check out "Puppies and Pancakes" if you want to bring your fur family member. The 2 bed unit is also at Coolum Beach.
