Main House + Bunk House - 4 bed Beach House

This modern, open-plan Beach House, with Bunk House, can sleep up to 11 guests. Situated just above pristine Primrose Beach, with stunning 180 degree panoramic views of the beach and Frederick Henry Bay. It is a perfect place to relax.

Designed and immaculately presented for the most discerning traveller, this newly built home is fitted with all the best amenities. It also has a sheltered alfresco dining and BBQ area. Spacious living area with flor to ceiling windows to enjoy the spectacular view. This home presents a perfect aspect to catch the spectacular Aurora Australis when it is on show. TV and media player, with over 1000 movies to choose from. Plus, plenty of kids' movies, board games and jigsaw puzzles to keep the little one's amused. Wireless internet. A modern and fully equipped kitchen. Luxurious bathrooms with a walk-in shower and separate toilet in the main house. Fully equipped laundry, with washing machine, dryer and clothesline. The house is fully heated & cooled with reverse-cycle air conditioning and panel heaters in the bedrooms.

The Bunk House has 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom, with covered access from the main house.

Wireless internet is available.

A porta-cot and high chair are available upon request.

Expect to get regular evening visits from the local wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies, rabbits and bandicoots, right in the yard! You'll even get the occasional kookaburra sitting on the front deck railing or fence.

Safe Parking - carpark is under 24 hour security surveillance.

You will have exclusive use of the main house, bunk house and fenced yard.

Beautiful Beach View

Fantastic outlook over Primrose Sands beach. Very clean and very comfy accommodation with loads of sleeping accommodation A very short walk to the beach and a short drive to Hill Street for grocery items and a coffee fix. Close to all the tourist attractions. Would love to come back again 😀

Spectacular

We found this holiday home to be extremely comfortable and perfectly appointed. The view is stunning. The walk to the beach is short. Our family enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return in the future.
