Master bedroom has king sized bed, 32' flat screen LCD TV, two large walk-in closets, master bath with two separate sinks, linen closet and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, closet and is adjacent to a full bathroom with tub and shower.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a side-by-side refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, small appliances and utensils. Kitchen nook is a cozy area with table and four chairs. The dining room has a beautiful wooden table and four chairs and chandelier. A washer and dryer is located next to the second bedroom and bathroom. The living room suite has a queen sofa bed, matching loveseat and entertainment center with 40' flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD and leads to a screened in lanai with table and chairs.

The community pool is steps from the condo. The building has a designated covered parking spot for your use. A Weber BBQ grill is available at the community pool for shared use. For a one time $400 transfer fee, enjoy the benefits of our social membership which includes the clubhouse restaurants and large resort style swimming pool, activities, billiards and games rooms, state-of-the-art fitness center and tennis courts.
