A spacious fully furnished resort style 4 bedroom 2 bathroom entire waterfront home.
Situated on a Raby Bay canal with its own pontoon and a 20 metre quayline.
Magnificent water views from the master bedroom, family room, loungeroom and the fully roofed outside entertaining area.
A private pool, cabana and outdoor hot and cold shower finish off the perfect picture.
No need for your car (leave it in the lock up garage) it’s just a genuine flat five minute walk to 11 excellent Restaurants, Bar and the Cold Rock Ice Creamery at the Marina - a perfect setting.
Major Supermarkets, Liquor Stores, Cleveland business district, Cleveland Railway and a bus are also a five minute walk.
Thirty minutes to Brisbane CBD and Brisbane International Airport. Fifty minutes to theme parks and the Gold Coast. Sirromet Winery 15 minute drive.
The house is air conditioned and has fans throughout.
Granite benchtops put the finishing touch to a spacious modern kitchen.
There are three expansive living areas all with gorgeous water views -
Family area with desk (if you have to work), free unlimited wifi, lounge with 55” TV and DVD player.
Loungeroom to relax also with TV and DVD player.
The outside roofed entertaining area with dining and BBQ facilities takes full advantage of the views.
A second outdoor living area puts you even closer to the water giving you a view down the canal and at the pool there is a cabana in case you want to keep a closer eye on the family.
Inside dining is at a beautiful timber table with seating for 8.
Four bedrooms - the Master has an ensuite, corner bath (spa not available) with overhead rain shower and glorious water views.
It also has a TV.
The main bathroom has a shower and a bath and there is a separate toilet.
Laundry is equipped with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
Whether you are just relaxing, swimming or even fishing off the pontoon, it will be a memorable holiday

Wow! A beautiful spacious home in peaceful setting.
A wonderful home in which to relax in a quiet neighbourhood. 2 indoor living areas, as well as an outdoor undercover area and a beautiful pool. Comfortable beds, state of the art kitchen. Excellent communication from owners. We were attending a sporting event for the week, so unfortunately didn’t have enough time to explore the Marina & surrounding area. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Property was booked for a family group for an upcoming wedding House was beautiful and located closely to the main cafes, shopping area of Cleveland The situation on the canal made the location even more spectacular Outside entertaining area with pool available helped with ensuring plenty of space for all lifestyle options

Great location
We enjoyed staying at this house. This was lucky as Brisbane went into lockdown while we were there. The house is easy walking distance to a selection of restaurants and the local shops. Sunsets at Cleveland Point were beautiful. Next time, we hope to explore the surrounds more broadly.

Beautiful large clean house on the water!!
The house was gorgeous, much bigger than expected and was styled beautifully. We had 2 x newborns staying in the house, one in the main bedroom, which was perfect with 2 seperate doors, and the other up the other end of the house. Perfect being able to close the hallway off and keep the noise down. We wished it was summer when we visited, could have definitely utilised the pool and outdoor seating more, but was still amazing to wake up to. Owner was easy to talk to and replied in a quick manner, I asked for a late check out and she was happy to comply as no one had booked for the night we left. Lovely service and lovely place! Would highly recommend.

Stunning family sized home in beautiful canal location. Had everything we needed for our group of 6 adults & a child. Even with terrible rain we were able to enjoy inside and outside due to the large undercover area. Very close to huge variety of restaurants and shops, including supermarkets & great coffee. Great communication from the hosts made it hassle free from start to finish.

An amazing property in a beautiful location
This beautiful home is located in the most picturesque setting. The owners have thought about everything you could possibly want or need during your time away. The house was immaculate in presentation and close to ammenities. Plenty of space for our family to unwind. Photos don’t do the property justice. The owners had very clear and easy instructions and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Not the most friendliest hosts
This stayz home was at a great location, close to shops and restaurants, well maintained and has a beautiful view over looking at the canals. However the owner wasn’t the friendliest, I’ve received the information of the how to check in process mostly in capital letters, and when I failed to understand one of very intense rule, I was made to feel stupid through the communication with the owner, considering we paid top dollar for the week’s accomodation, I don’t appreciate being treated like a child. But overall my family really enjoyed the stay and have no dramas with the home.

Perfect getaway
The property was exactly what we were looking for. Carol was extremely helpful and on the end of the phone when we needed her. The house was in such a peaceful and tranquil setting with a good choice of waterfront restaurants a short walk away. It is easy to recommend this property to others. We thoroughly enjoyed it!
