This quaint cottage with modern day flare will have you wanting to come back for more! All homes are located across the street from the beach on this stretch of seaside. Two level home with 3 bedrooms on 2nd level: master is extremely large with king bed, double bed, AC, large windows with gorgeous view of the water, cable TV. 2nd bedroom with double bed, AC. 3rd bedroom with twin bed, AC. Main level has open floor plan with new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, large eating area, new living room furniture, AC, cable tv, wifi, remodeled bathroom. Front and rear patio/deck seating, enclosed outdoor shower, grill. Yard is gated. Steps away from town beach, Pilots Point Marina, outlet shopping, restaurants & much, much more!
