This is a quiet family oriented residential neighborhood. The house has quick access to the interstate and major transportation routes: I-97, I-695, I-95, I-295, route 100 and route 50 (very easy to get in and out).

Being so close to Baltimore, Annapolis and DC, you can take advantage of fine dining, great entertainment and night life. Please note that access to a car (rental car or your own car), using Lyft or Uber or any other means of transportation is required to take advantage of the fun things to do in this area and to get to truly unique places: Kinder Farm Park, Quiet Waters Park, Sandy Point State Park (access to the Chesapeake Bay), canoeing, etc.
The house is within a short walking distance to 7-Eleven, an ATM and a dry-cleaning service.
The house is less than a mile or 3-minute drive to: McDonalds, Subway, Steak’ n Shake, Wendy's, KFC, Taco Bell, UPS, a grocery store, 2 gas stations, a pharmacy, a pizza place, ATM's, a hair cattery, and a barber shop.
It is less than 3 miles from Walmart, a hospital and 4 emergency clinics, Chick-Fil-A. It is less than 9 miles to NSA, Northrop Grumman, and Fort Meade. Annapolis, Arundel Mills and Marley Station Malls, Maryland Live Casino, Medieval Times, and movie theaters are all within a short driving distance.
