Nestled in the Springwood Hills high above the hustle and bustle enjoy this home complete with tranquil pool. Boasting 4 spacious bedrooms and multiple living spaces it has room for the whole family. Located half way between Brisbane City and the Gold Coast there are so many things to see and do. If you would prefer to stay in enjoy the large pool and covered entertainment area complete with BBQ or get some work done with unlimited Wi-Fi and designated office space. Please note there is a security camera at the front door.

Beautiful

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home. Our only regret was that it wasn’t long enough! Plenty of room to accommodate large families, and we even hosted our extended family for lunch, which was lovely. Hopefully next time we’ll get there in summer to make use of the outdoor area and pool…Will definitely be back…

Great launching point

We wanted a launching point for visiting friends and enjoying Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and this was a really nice place to relax at the end of the day. Great views and comfortable.

Awesome spot for my large family

Loved the house, was very spacious and accommodated my whole family. The only downside was the lack of air con in the main living spaces so it got quite hot as it is summer.

Comfortable stay for family of 7

Easy booking and payment, communication was friendly and helpful, house is large with lots of rooms, close to shops that you need to cook for yourself and we extended our stay with ease. Thank you! We highly recommend this property!

Visit to Qld for family events

Our family had a very good stay. Comfortable beds, rooms and furniture, heaps of space for seven of us for the week, and privacy. Quiet location, close to everything: shops, eateries and easy access to M1. Wi-fi worked without a problem, seven people using all their devices at once! Jess looked after us well after a minor access issue on arrival. Comfortable for our purposes and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Rollerskating team home base

A fantastic property for 8 guests to base our stay while competing at National Championships in Beenleigh for the week. Home was so well appointed we only needed to add food. There was more than enough space for all of us to have time out or gather as a group. Jessica was great to liaise with and was efficient at responding to our requests. Will definitely be back next time we need to be in Queensland.

For the high price paid, we got low quality. Roof leaks considerably and unsafe when it rains. I could not sleep in main bedroom, fearing ceiling would collapse. Owner did nothing. Electricity went out for half of the house. I extended the stay a number of times because we had no other place to go to. Owner charged cleaning/service fee of approx $200 each time. I paid that at the start and should not have paid each time when extending stay. Still no response from owner after a few months regarding refund. First night the rangehood light bulb exploded and kitchen appliances were shut off. I had to turn back on at switchboard. Owner did nothing, as I told their electricians. For a week we could not use pool. I was nice enough to lower the water level of the pool due to heavy rains. It was a lot of work for a number of days, but still got treated poorly by owners. Outside light sensors went off and on every night. Entry into garage scraped front of cars as they went in. Very poor design for a steep driveway. I do not recommend this place, especially at the price they ask for.

Disgusting treatment of guests

Absoulte horrible stay house was a mess where told to vacate the property half way through because of a pool circuit not working and where not given any of our money back this place is a scan be warned

Great property

Spacious property with modern conveniences. Large outdoor pool with outdoor bbq area. Great spot for commuting to local shops, Brisbane, or theme parks. Highly recommended. Air con in 2 bedrooms only. Recommend to instal extra large ceiling fan in main kitchen/living area to circulate air or option to add split system.

Top of the hill

Had a very unfavourable experience with AIRBNB where the listing was misrepresented. Luckily for HomeAway it was all verified and everything matched the listing. A wonderful place to stay. A haven in the hills on then outskirts of Brisbane and very handy to everywhere we needed to go. Will definitely be back

The house was big, plenty of room for the 6 of us.

We enjoyed our stay, thank you for having us. There were very clear instructions for the house, which is helpful in new surroundings. We appreciated the complimentary supplies (tea, coffee, laundry powder, dishwash/er liquid) for us to use so we could relax on our first night without needing to shop. The location was lovely, the neighbourhood was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and clean. Communication response from the host was immediate. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely house, wish the weather had been warmer, so we could have used the pool. Maybe next time.

Home away from home

Delightful home for a long visit. Plenty of space, lovely patio and pool for relaxing outdoors and very conveniently situated. Any minor problems were quickly and efficiently resolved by Jess.
