Beautifully appointed guest cottage situated in the heart of Midtown/Ansley Park Atlanta. Just steps to the Botanical Gardens and Piedmont Park. Museums and performing arts facilities are within a mile. Biking, running, walking, and hiking trails abound. Close proximity to MARTA and airport.

Newly updated, cozy carriage house detached from the main house with private entrance surrounded by lush gardens and patio deck. Offers privacy and solitude in a relaxing oasis. Wireless internet and HDTV included.

The cottage is professionally cleaned and sanitized according to CDC recommendations (see details in pics), inventoried, and restocked.

We were in Atlanta as queer travelers, and Greg’s carriage house is basically halfway between the two parts of town where queer nightlife happens. The carriage house itself is immaculate. Clean as a whistle, everything is clearly labeled (yes, labeled!), Greg is an incredibly kind and communicative host. Yes, it’s just a bed and a full bathroom and kitchenette — but that’s all you need since you’ll be out and about in a big city. Oh and parking is everywhere!

Absolutely Amazing
This is the perfect spot for a cozy retreat in the very busy city of Atlanta. Located perfectly to reach any place in the city in 15-20 minutes. Super clean well appointed room with parking 30 feet away and situated in a upscale neighborhood. Greg the owner is a super nice guy as well.

What a wonderful gem! The place has everything you could need, in a fantastic location. Walkable to lots of attractions in a quiet safe neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom had everything you could need. Greg was an excellent host- very friendly and helpful. A can’t recommend this place enough!

We loved Greg’s place! It is so cozy! The are is great, right across from the piedmont park and botanical gardens. Area is quiet and we were able to easily get to places we wanted to see in Atlanta. This was the second time we stayed. We know the quality of the place and the perfect location for us. Greg is so attentive and warm and he made it easy to enjoy ourselves. Impeccably clean, organized, beautiful grounds, and so much better than a hotel. Easy parking and accessible to Atlanta.

This property was perfect for us, and our host was very communicative which was so appreciated! The property is in a beautiful area with easy access to the botanical garden, the Piedmont and other parks and several public transportation options. We felt safe and secure here and really enjoyed the architecture and charm of this area. The host provided recommendations for eating and they were all delicious too!!! Excellent three days in Atlanta!

Greg's place is spotless, well equipped and stocked, and in a very nice neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do. Greg was great - advised us how to get around with our bikes, and made some suggestions that we really enjoyed. Highly recommend!
