This is probably one of the most beautifully located properties in the world in the famous area of Clifton. The bungalow is a few meters away from the ocean and is surrounded by mountains and beauty.
The bungalow offers sweeping views of the ocean and Lion’s Head.
It has 3 en-suite bedrooms and open plan living with direct access onto the pool deck from the lounge with total privacy from beachgoers, as it is elevated by a stone wall.
Shops and Restaurants are a 5 minute drive to Camps Bay strip
The V&A Waterfront is a 15 minute drive

David's Clifton bungalow is hands-down the best location on all of the Clifton shoreline. The heated pool *directly* overlooks the beach, and it's just four or five steps from the pool out the secure gate to the beach.
As with all SA accommodation - one should expect the occasional niggle. This property is no different. However, we'd book again in a heartbeat for a long weekend.

Not what we expected.😩
Great views, shame about the property, main bedroom looks good , bed 2 was ok bed 3 only fit for kids use as so small.
Much of the crockery is chippped.
The property suffers from a damp smell.
We also had the internet fail, the sewers block and leaks from the roof when it rained. Certainly not value for money.
Note: 120 steps down to property from the road so only for the fit.
