4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath - 2 Blocks from Seneca Lake
This house has been completely remodeled from top to bottom with a nautical decor theme! Suite A covers all three floors of the left side of this duplex. The 4 bedrooms with queen-sized beds are made up with fresh linens for your arrival, one bedroom has two queen beds. First floor half bath and the full baths on the second and third floor are stocked with fresh towels and washcloths.

This property is only two short blocks from Seneca Lake, the Village Marina, and Franklin Street (Watkins Glen's main thoroughfare). The large living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with a good cable channel selection, and of course Wi-Fi. There is another TV in one bedroom. The full kitchen is equipped with basic dishes, flatware, glassware, pots and pans. It opens into the large back yard with a picnic table that is great for kids and large groups and there is plenty of parking. Easy check in with code for entry supplied upon booking.

If you are looking to host a larger group, the identical adjacent unit can also be rented to accommodate your needs.

Walk the main street and visit the town's a wide variety of shops and restaurants, or make the short drive to Watkins Glen International Speedway or the numerous wineries. Much of what Watkins Glen has to offer is within walking distance. Transportation within Watkins Glen State Park is available for a nominal fee, and arrangements can be made for transportation for wine tours and other events by visiting the Watkins Glen Chamber of Commerce website.

Girlfriends' Birthday Celebration

The house was perfectly located to explore Watkins Glen and the Seneca lake area by car and on foot. There are many great wineries in the area and some awesome restaurants in and around Watkins Glen. The Watkins Glen State Park and Gorge Trail are not to be missed, as well as area waterfalls. With more time, we would have loved to take advantage of the many activities on the lake. The house was roomy enough for 5 female friends traveling together. It had most things we needed to cook at home. It was clean and inviting. The owners responded immediately to questions we had and replaced burned out lightbulbs! We would definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat the location

Great place within walking distance to downtown Watkins Glen. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. A handful of things in the rental could be fixed but probably common for a rental property.

Close to everything

This is the perfect home for your girls' getaway. We typically have to share bedrooms when we take our wine trips, but in this place, we each had our own room! Very clean, great location, walk to downtown. We will definitely rent this place again if we come back to the Finger Lakes.

Great weekend

We were two couple in Watkins Glen for the weekend. House was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and nice size living area to hang in. TV had access to Netflix and AP and we watched movies in evening. Picnic bench was nice. Rooms were ample size as well as Bathrooms. Great location. You can walk everywhere. We would highly recommend.

Great location and property

We (3 adults) stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, and check-in process was easy. House as described. Plenty of room for us (and would comfortably house more). Questions were quickly answered. Two dedicated parking spots in the driveway and plenty of on-street parking. Very close to the state park, restaurants, and wineries. We had a lovely weekend!

Excellent For Girls Trip

We had six girls in our group. We had enough space for everyone with room to spare. The location was close to area restaurants, wineries, and shopping.. The owner was very responsive to all our needs and even had an air conditioner installed on the third floor.

Convenient location

Good Location and Big House

Enjoyed our stay in Watkins Glen for the weekend, the rooms were big and everyone had a nice bed. I would say that the property could use a deeper clean. The shower curtain in the upstairs (middle floor) bathroom could use a change, same with the comforters, towels, linens, etc. Overall would recommend the house and location as long as the updates were made.

Overall great experience. Ample space for 10. Great location- close to state park and downtown activities. Bbq grill needs cleaning- no grille brush. No cutting board or can opener. Toaster didn’t work. Towels were bare minimum- might want to bring your own.

Beautiful home close to town

We had a fantastic stay for Wine Fest weekend. The property was clean and within walking distance to town as well as the marina. The third floor did get a little warm but there was a floor fan in each room to help push a little breeze through. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book again.

Family time in the Finger Lakes

Plenty of room to spread out with a large table for family dinners and sharing great wine! Had all the essentials. The third floor was rather warm even with the fans. Not sure if air conditioning reached that level or not. Would check that out before renting in the summer. Easy walk to harbor, restaurants and gorge.

Great House and Great Location

We along with several friends rented this house this past weekend to do a winery tour. Upon arrival, the house was exceptionally clean. You could actually smell how clean it was. The beds were made nicely and bathrooms were clean. The location was great, and we were able to walk to local restaurants and bars in Watkins Glen. When I had a question regarding the garbage, the owner was quick to respond. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely rent this house again!

Just what we needed!

We had ten people for December's Deck the Halls event. This house was perfect! The host was replied to text messages immediately, set up was perfect if I had any complaints it would be a thin wall separating the two suites but that wasn't even an issue really. Off street parking was available and it is within walking distance to everything Watkins! I look forward to staying there again. Hopefully repeat bookers get discounts!
