Cabin Oasis

Truly a phenomenal space to get into nature but still be near the city. The silence and trees in the distance were tranquil for the soul. The home inside is beautiful and comfortable. I really appreciated the communication from management being cordial and prompt. Overall, I’d recommend anyone to stay here! Hidden gem near Flagstaff.

4th Getaway

I love this property!!! I love setting on the back patio and looking into the forest! Relaxing with coffee and friends! We stayed here a few years ago and love coming back. It’s a great place to share with friends. Love the peaceful quiet area. And it’s great that there are two king rooms and two bathrooms. I love forward to my next visit!

Just what we wanted, just as described

Exactly as it looks and very comfortable, cozy. Quiet neighborhood, privacy appreciated. Used the hot tub every night after our daily adventures. Owner/manager was very accommodating and available via email (nothing was worth calling him about). Will plan to stay here again when in the area.

Quiet neighborhood - lovely view of the trees out the backyard- kitchen and amenities well stocked- enjoyed the hot tub however the temperatures were quite hot for us. Overall enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place for our family of 4

There was plenty of room for our family never felt crowded. The cabin felt very welcoming, couches and beds were super comfortable and had plenty extra amenities that were much appreciated. Great location for Flagstaff, Williams and Sedona. We especially loved the oversized hot tub. We are all excited to stay here again!!

Perfect Getaway for Some Peace and Quiet

Spent 5 nights and we could not have been more pleased with our choice of location and the property. Perfectly located distance from Sedona (drive down 89A), Grand Canyon (drive up 180) and the town of Flagstaff itself (beautiful little downtown). The house was clean, well furnished and most of all private and VERY quiet while still within a neighborhood. We had a small glitch with the hot tub during our stay but the owner was very responsive and had things corrected in a timely manner via the service company. We DEFINITELY have this location marked as a place to return to, and we cannot say that very often. Many thanks to the owners for making this trip a worry free escape to the mountains of AZ.

Cabin was great

The cabin worked great for us. Our group was 2 couples and it was perfect. Plenty of room to gather together and still room for privacy for getting dressed or bed time. Never ran out of hot water and the kitchen was well stocked. We were all very pleased.

Pictures made the property look much bigger. No storage in kitchen for our groceies. House seemed cluttered. Garage bedroom had multiple spiders....bathroom TINY. Was there a living room?? Small bedroom for TV viewing. Back deck was fabulous. Very relaxing. Overall a nice visit

Great Family Spot

awesome spot to relax yet still close enough to flag to enjoy downtown. The backyard was nice and hade snow to play in! House was warm, cozy and clean. We will be back here!

Awesome place

This place is awesome. It has everything you need. Very quiet neighborhood. We got snow the first night and the roads were plowed by the time we woke up. The hot tub was hot when we showed up. No waiting for it to warm up. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Wonderful House, Very Cozy Stay

We had a wonderful time here, fantastic location for heading to Sedona, or to Flag. Far enough away from town that there isn’t much traffic, but close enough that grubhub delivered us breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little home!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at your home. The location is perfect for a day trip to the Grand Canyon (which we did) and Sedona (which we did) and Prescott isn't too far away. Flagstaff is very close for shopping, groceries and restaurants. The house itself was comfortable and the hot tub was a fantastic way to relax after a day of hiking. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing and relaxing experience

The house was perfect and so was the location. We loved everything about flagstaff. We would have loved to sign the guest book but there was not a single pen at the house. Other than that everything was better than we hoped!!!

Weekend in the wood

Pros: Great views - great patio - great home Cons: Neighborhood is run down. No water pressure at master bath and very little hot water at the master bath. Great place for two, if more than that, everyone is sharing the hall bath.

Lovely cabin near Flagstaff, perfect for a family of 4!

This home is decorated like a cabin, but with modern details. We enjoyed our mornings eating breakfast and having coffee (a Keurig and K-cups are provided!) on the large back deck, overlooking the open forest beyond the backyard, listening to the birds chirp. The neighborhood is very quiet. A fence kept us from exploring beyond the backyard, but that was okay to keep the children from wandering off! There is no air conditioning, but it was manageable in the middle of July. Lots of fans were provided, and opening the windows gave a fresh air breeze. It did get chilly at night, enough to close the windows. The cabin is only 12 minutes from Flagstaff, which was close enough to head into town to pick up any necessities, as well as have pizza delivered from NiMarco's. We were able to venture out during the day, and return home to relax and refresh. While there (we stayed 5 days, 4 nights) we did the Snowbowl Gondolas, Bearizona (it was worth the cost!), and a hike in Oak Creek Canyon (Sedona). And we visited NAU since we are alumni (Go Jacks!). The cabin was the perfect size for a family of four, providing two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a bedroom that was the living room, which had a couch with a pull-out bed. Wifi was provided, and Netflix was on all of the TVs. The refrigerator was super clean, with filtered water on the door. Plenty of dishes were available, soaps, linens (towels/sheets), paper towels, etc. We didn't use the washer and dryer, but it was there and appeared to be new. Due to the recent forest fires, we were unable to use the gas fire pit in the backyard, so be aware of this limitation based on the time of year. Overall, we had a lovely time, and perhaps will rent the cabin again as well as check out the owner's other rentals. The owner was very responsive via text message. Thanks for the memories!!

Great Home Base

We chose the property because of its location between Sedona and The Grand Canyon. A few issues that were taken care of after contacting the owner. The filter in the refrigerator was out and wasn't replaced until our last night here. We had to purchase some items (lightbulbs/toilet paper/paper towels) that, for the amount of money I spent for the house, should have been provided. Cleaning supplies were locked in a closet - the owner told us where the key was so that we could access them. No blender! The afore mentioned issues (except the refrigerator filter) didn't detract from our stay. James, the handyman, was amazing!

Mountain Getaway

We loved this property!! The pictures are accurate representations of the home, but what isn’t pictured is the quaintness of the community; and the fact that you are 5 minutes away from beautiful, snow-capped mountain views. We wanted rustic, and got Rustic-Deluxe. The location was perfect—the cabin served as a welcome home base for our adventures in Sedona and the Grand Canyon, and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day and soothe muscles tired from the day’s activities. The owner was quick to reply to any questions we had, and the check in/check out process was a breeze. Book this cabin—it’ll be the cherry on top of your Arizona vacation.

Cabin

The cabin was extremely clean with plenty of basic kitchen essentials, linens and the spa was sparkling clean and warm. The spa was a winner for the family evenings after skiing. The only negative I could say was the landscaping needed to be tended to. Weeds in the front and back that look over grown and overlooked. The other was the pictures look like a living room exists with a TV and couch, however it is a 3rd bedroom. So no common TV area, that would be in one of the 3 bedrooms. It was fine for us considering we had older children. All in all I could live with those, because the positives out weighed the negative. I would definitely rent again. DA
