Gosnells dump

Terrible street appeal to the property. Bed leg broken, held up with bricks. Hot water taps not working at all in kitchen. Hot water tap in shower is a ball valve tap at the shower rose. Front deck in disrepair broken and unsafe. Sheeting under eve of roof falling out. Shrubs growing up through bottom of empty pool in backyard yard. Yard generally overgrown, unmaintained and not suitable for unsupervised children. Furniture, curtains cookware cutlery and crockery obviously from second hand dealers with it being broken mismatched and not worth the money that was paid.

Property is run down requiring a little work and was not as clean as expectedt.

We were only using house for sleeping whilst visiting family. Bed was comfortable. Am returning to residence to stay again for the same reason.
