Beautiful "Claremont Studio" Apartment

Nestled away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a beautiful part of Orange is “Claremont Studio” apartment.

Freshly painted, new carpet and high-quality appliances have given this apartment a fresh and modern feel. "Claremont Studio" apartment is situated on the ground floor of our permanent residence and has one modest sized bedroom (including built-ins and a queen-sized bed); a fully equipped laundry (including washing machine and dryer); kitchen (including a dishwasher, oven, large fridge & a coffee machine!); a bathroom as well as a generous sized lounge room. There is also a small private garden courtyard with outdoor table/seating and a small wall clothesline.
"Claremont Studio" apartment has two entrances – both are separate and totally private from our residence. There is a lock-box (if required) to collect your key & complimentary wi-fi is available.

We also offer a light breakfast (for the first morning of your stay).

"Claremont Studio" apartment has a Minimum stay of 2 nights. Situated near Wentworth and Duntryleague Golf Clubs, this property is suited to visitors coming to Orange for a variety of events such as Wine Week; Food Week; Australian National Field Days; sporting tournaments as well as the working professional seeking a “home away from home”. With a bus stop at the end of the street, it is only a short trip into town.

My stay at this property was excellent. There were some really lovely personal touches all the way through from check in to check out, and the hosts were a delight to deal with. The studio apartment was beautiful and my whole stay was really comfortable and relaxing, despite being a work trip! Fabulous stay. Ben and Bec were excellent hosts - the apartment was warm when we arrived. Amenities were first rate from the laundry facilities, the kitchen to the bathroom with fluffy soft towels. We had everything we needed for several nights stay. We would stay again and thoroughly recommend the property to other travellers who like to have a comfortable homey stay.

Claremont Studio is a wonderfully appointed small apartment, clean and warm (Important in winter!) Everything you need is there, (including all the little things you don't think you need until you do). Our hosts were very helpful but also allowed us our privacy. A meeting with friends.
The price was right and we do like extra space. We enjoyed the quiet street and the great view from the footpath. Our French windows opened onto a small patio surrounded by greenery. Very restful. The extra additions were appreciated. English muffins and butter, milk and a carton of juice plus 2 bottles of water. A coffee pod machine along with a selection of pods. Very clean, a comfy bed, lots of storage space if one was doing a longer stay, a good size bathroom plus a laundry. The place was simply amazing. I am already planning a trip back,this time to use the cycleways! And it will be a longer stay! We connected with Ben and he is friendly approachable person.. and Gus the dog.
