The Possum Pad is a four bedroom, air conditioned, Villa situated on half an acre. The lounge and kitchen lead onto a huge deck out the back looking onto the garden.
Back inside three steps take you up to the bedrooms and laundry. Two queen bedrooms both with air conditioning, TV, Free WIFI and overhead fans. One has an en suite. The two other bedrooms have twin single beds and split system air con units.
The main bathroom has a separate toilet. The laundry is situated here by the back door.
The Possum Pad is full air conditioned.
This villa is fully furnished for holiday letting. The makings for breakfast are available on request.
The villa shares the property with one other house but you have your own private drive, with plenty of parking space and full privacy is assured.
A perfectly positioned villa for a Tablelands holiday. Walk to the pub and restaurants with the Lakes only 5 minutes away.
Will let for two nights up to three months.

Delightful relaxing getaway
Beautiful property, fantastic BBQ/outdoor eating area, well-appointed rooms, super-comfortable beds, and thoughtful welcome package. Wish we'd stayed longer and invited friends!

Double Booked
Arrived at Possum Pad 3pm and there were other people checked in. The booking was accepted and fully paid in October 2023. Tried calling host Virginia no answer. Messaged on Stayz for her to call me but not available...overseas. Alternative accommodation was organised by host through a caretaker however it was not offering what was expected with original booking..lacking facilities.. wi fi..hairdryer..coffee/tea...laundry...no bed sheets on one bed (single) there were 2 uncovered quilts one with black mould 900cm 2 No explanation or apology from host very disappointed. arranged through a caretaker

Yungaburra Weekend
The three of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Possum Pad. The accommodation was located a short walk from the main street which has a great hotel, many cafes and beautiful restaurants, and many interesting shops to visit. The Possum Pad was clean and fresh with a great layout which included an ensuite and a great deck/outdoor area with a bbq and relaxing furniture. It was peaceful and private with excellent amenities.

A home away from home
The Possum Pad was a delight to stay for our 4 nights on the Atherton Tablelands. The quaint, quiet cottage literally has all the home away from home feels. We were all very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Guarantee we will be back again!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Possum Pad. Its perfectly clean, centrally located and has a few thoughtful extras. We love it here, and will definitely return, but for a longer stay next time.

Possum Pad Perfection
What a fabulous place Possum Pad is! Fantastically appointed with everything you could need. With lots of space and comfy beds. A feature is the deck with lounge to watch the birds and wind down after a busy day sightseeing. It is centrally located to the gorgeous town of Yungaburra pub and restaurants. Thankyou Virginia for being such a lovely host. Absolutely loved our stay and will be back.

Quiet, well appointed and central
Possum Pad is in a quiet location and was very comfortable for our group of three adults. We parked the car and walked - it’s easy walking to anywhere in Yungaburra- coffee, dinner at the fabulous Our Place, platypus viewing and the river walk, and the lovely shops and supermarket. Late afternoon we sat on the back deck watching the birds and the brush turkey, and at night we stood out the front to look at the stars. The washing machine and a dryer were well used as we had been on the road for a while. Possum Pad is excellent accommodation and the lovely welcoming touches from Virginia made for a perfect stay.

I stayed here with my 26 yo granddaughter while we were visiting family in the area. It was quiet but still close to the village, very clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was very helpful.
