LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION in the heart of IRB the cottages are within walking distance to sports bars, restaurants, pizza shop, brewery, ice cream parlor and convenience store. Enjoy listening to live music most evenings while sitting on your balcony.

This property has two cottages, the UPPER COTTAGE-this listing -is a TWO STORY WALK-UP. If you need an additional unit for family and friends, see Irb Island Cottages-Lower VRBO 441760. These two units are a great property for family reunions. The property is directly on the BEACH ACCESS (not beachfront) just steps to the Gulf of Mexico. It has gulf views and each cottage has 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths with an open floor plan, a 40ft long balcony. PARKING 2 spaces per unit. Each cottage SLEEPS 6 and has a WASHER and DRYER in the unit, CENTRAL HEAT and AC, WiFi and HD flat screen TVs in the living area and bedrooms. Each KITCHEN is fully equipped with regular size appliances, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. TOWELS and LINENS are also provided. There is a large patio with BBQ grills, sitting area and a FIRE PIT.
There is plenty of outdoor space to sit and relax with a glass of wine, read a book or just enjoy the beautiful weather. The cottages are within walking distance to several restaurants, brewery, sports bars, ice cream parlor and convenience store.
The trolley stop, nearby allows one to explore many miles along the gulf beaches. Indian rocks beach is on a beautiful barrier island on the gulf of Mexico. The large balcony, patio and the salt air contribute to creating a very relaxing 'old Florida' feeling.

There is a municipal marina nearby where you can book a deep sea fishing trip as well as sunset sailing cruises. Indian rocks beach is a beautiful spot of pristine white sandy beaches and sparkling water perfect for swimming. It is located on the 12 mile string of tropical barrier islands between clearwater and st. Petersburg Florida.

Christmas Trip

after looking for a few days i decided on this location since it had king beds in each bedroom. It was just as described. Received text communicating with us before we checked in and through out the stay. We had one issue and they got it fixed in a very timely matter

Indian rocks

Nice property. The stairs were a problem for the price. We took our dog without being told we were unable to take her on the beach. 200.00 was steep. We didn't like the roku. We were stuck watching one channel for 5 days. We informed owners it was our 30th anniversary. No personalized sentiment. That would have been a nice touch.

Great spot for a family vacation!

Located on the beach side of the main strip in Indian Rocks Beach, this location was perfect for our family (3 boy ages 6 and under). Restaurants and shops all around and in walking distance. Beach access. Amazing vacation...can't wait to come back!

Everything we could have asked for!

Our family of four had a fantastic vacation at this property! This was our first time to Indian Rocks Beach and the location was perfect. The house is all of 100 yards from the beach and the part of IRB was not too busy at all but still had plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The property itself was perfect for a family our size with plenty of room for us to spread out and communication with the owner was excellent! We would definitely recommend this spot and would stay here again!

Loved the property and Location

It was a very nice property that was located centrally. We had excursions in Clearwater and St Pete and it wasn’t too far in either direction. The beach was very close and convenient. We enjoyed our time there and would come back again.

Great Place to Stay

We love Indian Rocks Beach and this property is perfect. It's a few steps to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and CVS. There is also a library and an art center in the town. Idalmis is a fantastic host, always responsive and super easy to work with.

Amazing week!

The property was exactly how it was described in their VROB site. Just make sure you understand that there are stairs to this unit (34 to be exact). It is the perfect place to stay!! Everything is within walking distance…restaurants, CVS, some shopping. The best is that the beach is just a few steps away. We will be staying their again next March. The owner was also available to help us with whatever we needed.

Indian Rock Beach

The location was GREAT! Within walking distance to bars/restaurants. CVS had just about everything you might need for your stay - ice, paper products, sunscreen, souvenirs and it was only a block away. We parked our car and only used it once in 9 days. Trolley available to go to other beach locations along coastline. Just steps from the WHITE SAND beach. There is 32 steps to the upper level - good way to get your steps in for the day! Lol. Never had a bad meal at Indian Rock Beach & servers were always pleasant.

Great weekend away

We had a great time. The property was within walking distance of everything needed including a surf shop, CVS, and restaurants. It was steps from the beach and we were able to set up for the day and go back to the property for lunch or breaks. Highly recommend for a low key relaxing getaway!

Very decent Vrbo. Alot of steps to get to upper unit where we stayed. I did ask about the red tide a week or so before our arrival but never got a response. Other than that everything was on point.
