You will find this 3 story beach retreat is in a secluded setting and is a perfect place for couples and families to relax and play or just lounge by the ocean front pool. This third floor walk-up 2 bedroom / 2 bath ocean view condo features a fully equipped kitchen, DW, washer & dryer, WiFi, and open sundeck with a view of the beach. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to the Sea Cloisters. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. McMillan Real Estate, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for an additional fee. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RVs allowed. No Elevator.

Great stay with one exception

Great property, excellent location and nicely equipped. We loved our stay and had no issues with reservations or check-in. The only issue we ran into was we walked in on the cleaning “crew” of one person (after 4pm on day of check in) who had just arrived to begin cleaning. We assumed since we were given keys to go to the property that the unit was ready, so we carried a weeks worth of belongings, groceries, beach gear, etc. up to the door before going inside to find the room still in complete disarray. We were asked to wait and she put sheets on 3 of the 4 beds and left after doing literally nothing else. The floors had not been cleaned and were still covered in crumbs and sand, showers still had hair from the previous guests on the shower walls, toothpaste in the bathroom sinks, grease spilled on the stove and sink, no toilet paper, etc. I did remember to take photos of the mess. We had to clean the room ourselves before we were able to start our vacation. I did contact the management company just to let them know what had happened since I know these cleaning crews are contracted so they would be aware. They offered to send another cleaning crew and were very apologetic and accommodating and sent someone out with another set of sheets for the bed that was left unmade. With that fiasco aside we enjoyed our stay.

This was a perfect location and fit our needs perfectly!

This was a great property! On the beach and had a pool., cable, wifi, washer/dryer. The only thing was it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The silverware was dirty, the ceiling fans super dusty, and the biggest thing was the filthy fingerprints that I easily cleaned off while doing my ocd wipe down. There were many many all over the while switch plates and around doorknobs. I was thinking it would have been better cleaned with Covid but .... I get I may be a little over the top but I might not be. The price was right and the location was awesome.

Property was nice. Condo not so much. Neither was maintenance. Very outdated. Ceilings had bad flood damage. Third day there the living room ceiling plaster started to fall from roof. Two days before maintenance showed up. Hole was now much larger by then. All over the carpet, table and sofa. Maintenance man showed up, said last crew did a shoddy job and that is why it was falling. He said he didn’t want to bother us on vacation and said he would take care of after we left. So he left, no clean up or anything. Unbelievable! I paid full price for a condo expecting better. Guess not.
