The villa has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, 3 living rooms with double sofa beds. The villa is rented from June to September (also weekly).(ideal for multiple families or groups). It can accommodate up to 12 people. The exclusivity of being very close to the night clubs is a few steps from the promenade and the beautiful beaches of Baia Verde but outside the summer chaos with a private passage through a beautiful private pine forest that leads directly from the villa to the beach.
