Perfect for Commonwealth Games 2018
This is a small home perfect for mountain bikers as right on the Nerang State Forest where Comm Games racing takes place. It is also a skip onto the main road to every single destination on the Gold Coast. I am looking to rent to families or cyclists coming to participate in or to watch the Games. Have unlimited broadband and a carport, plus a big deck outside with cool forest breezes. Quiet neighbourhood
