This furnished one level two bedroom, two bath cottage is very spacious and offers fire stick streaming tv’s with high speed internet, central air and heat, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, covered front patio, fenced side patio and off street parking for one vehicle. We had to leave shortly after arriving.

Spent 20 minutes there instead of 3 days and had to leave.The Glade plug in toxic chemical laden smell was nasty, overpowering and gave me asthma. No refund and a self righteous owner disputing there was no smell.

Walkable to whiskey row

Close to Whiskey Row and many restaurants. Nice area of town. Friendly owners on site. This cottage rental is behind their house. Much better than staying in hotel, very relaxing.

Beyond 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a clean, quiet, comfy, well-appointed place to stay in Prescott, look no further! From start to finish, this was one of the easiest transactions I've experienced on VRBO. This property was a perfect 2bd/2ba for my trip with a friend. Each room offers it's own creature comforts and the spacious bathrooms were a nice change. The decor is adorable. The attention to detail really makes you feel special. It didn't seem like it was thrown together between renters like some places I've been. They even left fresh danish! The owners of this property definitely take pride in renting a home away from home for their clients. I truly enjoyed my stay in this home. You will too.

Great location

Delightful. The only reason I downgraded it to 4 stars was the overwhelming air freshener smell that permeated the entire place. If Kelly were to switch to unscented cleaning and laundry products, it’d be a total 5

So Glad We Picked This One!

This was our first trip to Prescott and we so enjoyed our week long visit. The cottage was certainly an element that contributed to this. It is conveniently accessible to Whiskey Row by either foot or car and totally adorable with its western art and decor. The beds were very comfortable, appliances worked well and our host, Kelly, was consistently responsive in her communications with us regarding a couple of small issues. So, as with many others, I give it a five out of five and hope to return!

A great cottage!

Great Stay!

This property was ideal for our purposes. The check-in was easy and we were greeted with muffins. Location was convenient to downtown and although close to a busy street, noise was not a problem. Thanks for a nice week in Prescott!

Great place!!

Check-in was simple, the place was extremely clean, owners left muffins and plenty of coffee/tea/cocoa, lots of towels, set up was great, good showers, w/d with pods, off street parking, very safe, and it was an 8 minute walk to the main square. The beds and pillows weren't the best, but it wouldn't stop us from staying here again. We've already recommended it to friends. We ate across the street at Waffle Iron - it was fine, but we probably wouldn't go back. Bills pizza was delicious though!!

An Unexpected Pleasure in an Unexpected Location

We spent a week in this adorable Cowboy Cottage and couldn't have been more surprised, AND COMFORTABLE. It is adorable, clean, and cute as a button! We had family and friends stay in the back bedroom with a suite and everyone was comfy and had their own "space." Plus, the location is within walking distance to downtown. What's not to like? My husband and I, friends and family highly recommend this little jewel!

Prescott Cottage

Loved this place! Great location. CLEAN !! and well stocked.

I have zero complaints about this property. We had four adults on our trip and there was plenty of room. Great to have two bedrooms and two full baths. Washer/Dryer. Plenty of towels and linens It was comfortable and clean (my most important checklist item). This cottage had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and it was easily within walking distance to town. I highly recommend this property for your visit to Prescott!

Wonderful Cottage in downtown

The location is perfect for exploring downtown on foot. The cottage is clean, cozy, and more than adequate for a stay in Prescott. They want their guests to be comfortable. Kelly and Mike are special and great hosts. Will be back.

Happy New Year

In three short days we enjoyed pizza at Bill’s, burgers at the Palace, a boot drop twice, a waffle flight at the Waffle Iron, Jerome, Watson Lake, and an afternoon of board games in our cozy home. We slept well, fixed meals, and felt very comfortable. It’s a short walk to the historic downtown.

My husband and I moved to Prescott from Oahu, Hawaii where we spent the first four years of our retirement. We came back to the mainland because we missed being part of the old west history and what better place could we be but in Prescott Arizona for that! We were both originally from Southern California but often spent time in Prescott and fell in love with it and all it has to offer as I know all of our future guests will do also.

Why they chose this property

We spent nine months searching for a historical home to make ours. We fell in love with the historical Victorian homes of Prescott and the way the towns people take care of the grand history of it's past. The historical homes in the area continue to be preserved.

What makes this property unique

Our cottage is only a few blocks from the Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row and in a quaint historic neighborhood. Restaurants , Sprouts grocery and Walgreens are all within a short two block walk.
