WHAT IT FEELS LIKE: Wake up, shower in the outside shower, enjoying the first wave of ferries leaving and coming into the Harbor. Eat breakfast at the wood dining table, with the same unbeatable view, looking across the harbor from Brant Point to town. stroll down the boardwalk to Monomoy beach, where you and family can have a swim in the calm, (relatively) warm waters.

Enjoy one of three queen bedrooms downstairs or upstairs, with an additional twin bedroom on call. Relax in the cozy, wood-walled family room for a game or a show.

Walk, drive, or bike into town, which is about 7 mins drive/bike, or a half-hour walk. Enjoy activities in town, disc golf, the South shore, all within 2-4 miles.

Know that you're in a very rare rental right on the water that's not "bred-to-rent" but used for living and enjoying.

Hang outside at the dining table, on the hammock or the Adirondack chairs.
Watch what has to be one of the most consistently GOAT sunset views from the dining table, outside, or in a beach chair on your own private beach.

MORE TRADITIONAL INFO: The first floor of the house has an open floor plan including kitchen, dining and living areas great for entertaining, quiet evenings or family time. There are 3 bedrooms full of sunlight and ample closet and dresser space. They include a large master bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom, 2d bedroom with a queen bed and 3d bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bathroom. All the beds, linens and towels in the house are new.

The kitchen is well equipped with new cookware, serving dishes and tools. The walls are paneled with a unique, beautiful, luan. The floors are all wide board oak.

The second floor has an open floor plan with a double bed, two settees which can also serve as twin beds, a sitting area and full bathroom. It is accessed by an outside staircase. The interior has been freshly painted white, and has comfortable furniture and wall-to-wall carpet. The views from the second floor - harbor and town - are very special. Great for guests, older children and in-laws.

You can look forward to showering in the outdoor shower while enjoying the view. The exterior trim, windows and doors were painted in 2014. A Weber gas grill is available for your BBQing needs.
